The rooms are not too well isolated and I woke up in the middle night by some loud neighbours in the adjoint room, and the next morning I woke up from the use of the shower in the room on the other side. The breakfast is a bit limited in choice.

Nice decorated room with comfortable beds and a great view at the canton tower. It is really next to a metro station and there is a nice streetfood market nearby. A very nice gimmick in the room is that the room does not have a TV but is equipped with a beamer instead.

Staff follows racial discrimination. First time for me this happened. Only for certain countries they will not allow to check in, unless they take a photo of ghe guest. And this they claim is from the local police. Other 20 hotels in Gz does not ask this.

Complete disregard for basic courtesy by both guests and staff. Guests openly smoke everywhere, including in their rooms and even in designated no-smoking areas. Worse, the staff fails to enforce the no-smoking rules, allowing this behavior to continue unchecked. It's unacceptable and downright unpleasant.

Internet was almost not working at all only in the middle of the night which was anoying as we were on a business trip. We were also ripped off by reception worker when we asked her to book a taxi for us, she asked 100 RNB when in reality the taxi wasn´t even 30 RNB. Also they don´t offer shuttle bus back from fair for last day of the fair.

It was my 3rd time staying at this hotel as it has very convenient location when visitin Canton fair. It offered little perks like daily fruit in our room and free coctails every evening. Breakfast was fine but there were constant problem with coffee machine.

The gym...too small without standard equipments for the size of the hotel; the TV channels - only chinese speaking channels; the cleaniless was not consistent and the carpet were very dirty; the corridors are always dark (and bit scary) because the blinds are always closed, while there are big windows which could provide good views to trees and buildings sorrounding the hotel; the bar at the roof is substandard and not welcoming at all. The gym could easily move to that floor!

Good: Location, Breakfast, Laundry room (positive surprise), Minibar, Bed and pillow; Room setup (allows privacy when using the toilet); very kind and HELPFUL staff, although they struggled to speak english. The cocktail served from 19:30 to 22:00 was also good. The first one was free and delicious!

The rooms were dirty. We could hardly sleep because there was so much dust. The hallways and room stunk of cigarettes. Location is not great - not close to anything.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. English was very limited which made it difficult, but they made the effort and communicated through google translate when needed.

I encountered multiple issues during my stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable in my room on the 9th floor, and despite several complaints to the reception, the staff remained unresponsive, inaccurately blaming my apps for the connectivity issues. Oddly, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly on the first floor. Furthermore, the hotel advertised a gym, which significantly influenced my decision to book my stay. Unfortunately, the gym facilities were extremely disappointing, equipped with only a few treadmills and light dumbbells. For those looking to maintain a fitness regimen, this hotel does not meet the mark.

My stay at the hotel was highly comfortable, featuring a delightful breakfast daily and impeccably clean rooms. The location proved to be ideal, nestled near the Canton Tower and conveniently close to a metro station, offering easy access to various parts of the city. Additionally, the abundance of shops in the vicinity added to the convenience of my stay.
