Very friendly service, on top of the subway station, close to West Lake, good laundry possibilities and gym - The best hotel we have stayed at during our China trip so far! Highly recommend just for the good atmosphere! 🪷

Very nice boutique hotel with very nice service! They upgrated my room for free because they had availability. The room was very spacious and well designed. Fantastic relaxed music in the room everytime you come in. Very good and various breakfast! The hotel is located 5 min from metro station and in walking distance to the lake.

Breakfast was excellent. Good spread of local and western cuisine. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. West Lake is walkable from the hotel. Many shops and eateries nearby. Metro station is within 2-3 minutes walk from hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing .

Everything was superb. The location which is near to Xihu, is less than 100 steps from the MTR, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had good options and the staff were really helpful. The staff also helped us to book our visit to Taiziwan park . They were at all times courteous and nice and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. The hotel made our stay in Hangzhou all the more wonderful and memorable.

Perhaps could’ve been more vegan options for breakfast but also understand it is a bit niche! There was enough to survive on nonetheless!

Some tourist close the door vigorously and speak loudly after 12 midnight. There should be Don't smoke in the corridor or outside the lift but Cigarette can found at the lift and smell are very strong.

Near to the metro MRT transport, it also near to many Tourist attractions and eateries , food stores. Staffs are friendly and respond request is very fast.

The staffs could have explained us more of what is in the hotel and more details, rather than just gave us the key and let us explore everything in the hotel by ourselves. We didn't know where the laundry was, how do we get around, how does anything work in the room as nobody bothered to give us any guidance.

Hotel room is smaller than the earlier one we stayed last week but the hotel upgraded our room to a bigger one. Also, hotel allowed us to extend an hour.

Nothing much but the breakfast spread could be more varied. The spread was the same throughout the 4 days that we were there.

Hotel was modern and clean. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, which was nice. Good convenient location, near metro station to airport, large night market around, and large departmental stores. Value for money

It is a wonderful property and friendly staff. It was my birthday trip and they did their best to make it special. Thank you so much for the upgrade. It made a difference after a long trip and I just enjoyed it. I will be back at this property with my family on our visit next time! Also, the breakfast was amazing, and coffee! The area is super safe and a great location easy metro that goes directly to the airport and it is only one stop from West Lake. Thank you all of you! Until next time! :))

The quality and variety of the breakfast is not satisfactory.

The location is very good. It is just within a minute walk to the MTR station. Lots of restaurants around and it is also within walking distance to West Lake area.

Only tried the breakfast on 1 day and it was good. Room is good with the exception of a musty smell in the toilet but that was fine. Overall a pleasant stay with good washing and drying facilities and great location to wulin night market.

Bathtub was in the open. So it was too chilly (especially since it was winter season) to enjoy the bath tub. Cold breakfast.

Very convenient in terms of taking the subway. Wulin night market is within walking distance. Room was a good size.
