Everything was superb. The location which is near to Xihu, is less than 100 steps from the MTR, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had good options and the staff were really helpful. The staff also helped us to book our visit to Taiziwan park . They were at all times courteous and nice and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. The hotel made our stay in Hangzhou all the more wonderful and memorable.
