The hotel is located just 20 m from exit D3 of the Fengi metro station on line 1. From the airport just take line 1 to the hotel. Going to other tourist destinations is very easy using the metro. For food, there are many local eating shops, within walking distance of the hotel, selling meat dumplings, noodles and cook to order food.

Modern, well designed hotel located right next to Fengqi St Metro and a short walk from the lake. Unlike other hotels in China it was not overheated and it was easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Good water pressure in the shower, again unlike many hotels. The breakfast dishes were well prepared with a good range of options. The hotel stored our luggage and lent us umbrellas after we checked out, which was very helpful.

The entrance had some bad smell but it was just the cigarette. On the ground floor !! The rest of the hotel was smell free !!

The hotel breakfast buffet doesn’t provide enough food. The food had finished as we came down to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. When we request that it be added on, they seem unwilling to add on. And we and other customers can only eat a little. Hope it can be improve.

The staff didn't speak any English BUT thanks to technology we managed to communiacte perfectly. They helped me with anything I needed and made sure that I was happy and satisfied and relaxed (being alone in a foreign country/ continent is not easy...They made me feel reall well and I thank them for that!)

The hotel is at a short walking distance from the metro station and the West Lake. Amazingly modern design in ALL the rooms and lobby and reception area. I especilally loved the fact that the radio would automatically turn on as soon as you entered your room, giving you a feeling of cosiness! Rich breakfast wth both Chinese and Continental selection of dishes.

It's convenient to go to anywhere since there is a metro station next to the hotel. Get to the airport or railway station without transferring. It's about a 10～20 minutes walk to West lake or Wulin night market. For the facilities in the hotel, they provide a washing machine. Lastly, I liked the breakfast they provided.

First of all, the staff. They were really friendly and ready to help. They didn't speak English, but it was pretty easy to communicate using translation tools. Second, the location. It's just next to a metro station, bus stops. Xi Lake is within walking distance. Many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. As for the room, we found it cozy, but a bit dark. As I understood you can't control or turn off the air con by yourself, so sometimes it was cold. But nothing serious, it's more like a personal preference. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Super nice hotel in the middle of the city. If you wanna go to watch pagodas and have a walk around the lake its a great place to stay. The lights and the courtins are automated. You have the option of shower + bathtub, which is super nice! Also, if you wanna go out for a drink there is a place around the corder with wonderful cocktails! :)

The facilities were modern and clean. Lovely service and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Made use of the luggage storage as well which was very seamless. Very close to the station as well if you use the correct exit (D3 on Line 1 from Hangzhou East Station). About a 30-40min walk to West Lake.

Poor access for taxi access. No driveway and porch to unload luggage and getting off taxi on adjacent road. But excellent for using metro, in fact took metro to airport. The lift cars is dimly lighted.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent location with the metro entrance just 50m away. High tech room. Complimentary self service washing machine and dryer.
