The couple who run the place were super friendly and helped us plan our time in Zhangjiajie. Free laundry was a nice bonus, and they even helped carry our bags up the stairs. They were really quick to reply on WeChat whenever we had questions, and gave us a cute little gift when we left. Would definitely recommend!

The room, the pillows and best of all its walking distance to the gate of the national forest park! There is a lot of food downstairs or I can say, everywhere! The host are awesome and after u check in, they will automatically guide + plan for u how to enjoy urself based on the numbers of days u will stay. They even help u book all the tickets to the places u want to go even after u check out. If in between, u got lost or unsure, feel free to contact them and they will help u. Definitely the place I will want to return should I visit again. During check in, they even gave me fruits and on my last day, they gift me small bottles of China white wine as present!

I cannot be more pleased to have stayed at Yijingjiu Humanistic Inn. Not only the room was big and comfortable but the helpful owners made ours a perfect stay. They helped us to buy tickets, designed routes for us and gave us wonderful recommendations. Location is very convenient, in a street full of restaurants and shops, also bus station is quite close and the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park is 10 minutes walk. I will definitely recommend Yijingjiu Humanistic Inn. Thank you for making ours a perfect stay.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.

We were very warmly welcomed in the middle of the night. Zhu yans english is very good. She is very supportive, recommended some restaurants and helped us to plan our trip to the national parks and booked tickets! The rooms were comfortable, clean and big! It was a perfect stay, when we will return to Zhangjiajie we will definitely stay here!

Everything was perfect

Im Pablo, we were 3 spanish guys, 25 yold. Cherry, the lady that works there, plan everything for us, even though when we were on the park and we had any issue, she always helped us out. The room was big, comfortable. Its the best place I’ve been in China. And the staff was reeeally helpful

For the room price like this, the room feels a bit basic. I feel like you can get a better-designed room in other cities, but I guess things are a bit more expensive in Zhangjiajie?

The staff, Cherry is super accommodating and helpful! She help us a lot in planning our travel in Zhangjaijie. Without her guidance, it would be impossible to explore Zhanjiajie effectively within our short two days stay. Thank you Cherry!

We liked everything. We highly recommend this hotel Perfect location, less than 10 mins walk from Zhangjiajie park. Spacious rooms comfortable beds and everything very clean and cozy.

The treatment received, Cherry helped us in everything from the first minute, attentively caring, she explained to us perfectly how to organize our 2 days to see the Zhangjiajie park, the gram canyon and Tiananmen mountains She gave us maps, got us all the tickets, gave us directions, helped us with everything and made the best recommendations. She made us feel like we were at home

There was nothing that not to like it was perfect setting for me given family suite with more space then I can think off with all the facilities given on the premises washing machine, I was in a hurry to get to my helicopter the owner help to hang my washing as he knew i had a appointment.

I did not book any breakfast a I am a Vegan-Vegetarian but the Owner of the Hotel went out off there way for me to get Vegan Vegetarian Food during my stay they served tea and coffee on the main entrance

price-quality is ok. Not the best, but it was ok just to arrive to sleep.

The couple who own the place were very friendly and helpful giving all the information needed and always available. The place has a good location, almost in front of the bus station which is useful to go to tianmen mountain and the glass bridge. Also it is walking distance to the entrance of the park.
