Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanThere is no refrigerator and no ice for service. And you should contact in advance to the hotel if you want to take a shuttle from airport to the hotel. The local taxi will go through highway and it will be far from the location.
The hotel is near to the airport (10mins by car) and I booked for one night during the transit. I had early morning flight and the hotel staffs were very helpful to get the shuttle service. Room was quite clean and wide. There are also many noodles shop near to the hotel and a supermarket within 5-10 mins walk. I really thanked one of the hotel staff, a lady who helped me a lot to find the noodles and check-in/out process with translation etc.

RussiaUnfortunately, the hotel allows smoking, our room had quite disgusting tobacco smell when we arrived. Though the hotel provides free tranfer to the airport (leaves every 30 min) it is quite uncomfortable as the van does not have a trunk and all the suitcases and backpacks were basically stuffed into the van between the rows or had to be placed on ones laps. Better take a taxi!
Perfect location for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Staff at the reception was very helpful, asissting with check-in procedure which was quite complicating without a chinese number (sichua airlines).

MongoliaIf you dont speak Chinese and would like to use the airport shuttle, it will be very hard for you. I waited more than 1 hour and had to ask 3 airport staff to make a call to the driver. The wechat was unresponsive.
