The floors were a bit dusty in the room and it could do with some new bedsheets. But can’t complain too much for the equivalent of £15 a night!

Friendly staff, easy check in. Rooms are basic but had everything we needed for one night. Room was initially a bit cold but after the heat had been on a while it was fine.

The room was initially cozy when we opened the door. When we went to bed, we noticed the dirtiness of the sheets. We found a blood stain on the pillow. The room was full of insects. But if you want to save money for a night it's a good deal.

Regarding the services of the hotel, we got the free transfer from the airport. The price for a night was very convenient, we also had breakfast included.

Room was not the best when it comes to furniture and interiors. Plus we had a round bed which was not the most comfortable. Would also change the curtains cause they can get quite dusty

The room needs a thorough clean. Funny smell, strands of hair and dirt at the corner of the room. The TV remote has no battery, but after new batteries were inserted, actually there was no signal to the tv. Exhaust fan and AC needs maintenance. Mosquito attacked at night.

Close to the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. The owner helped us buy tickets to Tianmen mountain and gave tips for our short stay.

We were told not to put the toilet paper in the toilet (this is normal around China), however, the bins were then not emptied during our stay, which is unsanitary. Our bathroom window didn't have a proper cover and overlooked the street, so showering was uncomfortable.

Nice place overall, helpful owners, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice, one day we had noodles, the other day we had eggs, bread and fruit. Well located for transport, shops, restaurants and attractions.

We were moved to a different hotel because the air conditioning wasn't working at the main one. Initially, it was supposed to be for one night, but they moved us again the following night. The new hotel wasn't the cleanest or most comfortable; the bathroom was very basic, and the room key didn't work one of the nights (though the staff was quick to let us in)

Well located and the staff is really helpful to get you the tickets of the main attractions and speaks good english. Alsa they do our laundry for free.

The property located in a strange neighbour on an alley. A smell of trash very evidently. The room is very dirty and the bed is the most uncomfortable bed ever. Totally a nightmare of stay. The air-con is not cold and leaking. We raised the issue with the owner but they give many excuses

I gave this hotel a 5 rate because there were several things we didn't like in this hotel and honestly, I don't know how this hotel got 8.7 rate on Booking: 1. We didn't get the room we booked (a room with a terrace). However, we didn't complain about it because we were so tired at check-in that we figured this out only a day after and didn't want to make a big deal of it and move our stuff to another room. But it would be nice if we had a terrace. 2. The room was on the 4th floor - no elevator, only steep and narrow stairs, which could be problematic if you have a lot of luggage. 3. The bathroom was very small and didn't have a separate shower - you get a toilet and a shower in one place (the shower is above the toilet). No toilet paper. 4. The internet didn't work at all. 5. The breakfast was poor. You get two eggs, some fruits, toast and a coffee. That's fine for the price of the breakfast (which is 2 eur), but we were a bit disappointed with the "breakfast box" we asked for since our check-out was very early. We got only toast and a bag of coffee, but a bag for a coffee machine, you cannot use it!! We ended up throwing the bag and the toast and spent more money to get better breakfast. 6. We wanted to wash our laundry but decided not to because the price was way too high (50 yuans!). For example, other hotels offer laundry wash for 15-20 yuans. 7. Cockroaches in the room. A lot of them.

The hotel is in the center of the Zhangijaije, which is very convenient. The staff is very kind and they booked us tickets to Glass bridge and Tianmen mountain with discount. There were a lot of things we didn't like in this hotel but when reading the comments below, please be aware that this is a budget hotel with a very cheap room price.

My only goal was to rest during the journey, but this was not possible due to the noise. Planes from the airport nearby can be heard very loudly. Inside the room, you could hear other people walking up the stairs and slamming doors, and all night long some equipment in the hallway was turning on and off loudly, so I had to sleep with noise-canceling headphones. Finally, in the kindergarten opposite, which is 20 meters from the hotel, many children sang songs to the piano from 7 to 9 in the morning. Because of the noise, I only slept a couple of hours and was exhausted the next day. Despite some of the hotel's advantages, my experience was terrible. Choose it only if you have very good and sound sleep.

The hot/cold water in the shower was hard to regulate and the bathroom in general could e a little bit cleaner.

The staff was very help since the beginning. They organized pickups, drop offs and helped us book all the tours we wanted to do. Actually they didn’t just book tours with agencies, but they booked all tickets from Chinese websites for us. They explained everything in detail regarding how to get there, what to do, how much time to spend, etc.

The bed was rock hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. There were woodlice on the floor and the walls were paper thin.
