Loved our stay at Wang Yun Residence. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Location excellent for access to the park. What really made our stay special though were the staff who are unbelievably kind and helpful - sorting out park and other tickets, making us some of the most delicious tea ever, and making us feel really welcome and special. So hope we get to visit again some day!

This was the best experience we had during our trip to China. The service was really top notch. Freshly cooked breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The staff helped us with laundry and even helped us plan our hikes in the forest park! The room was beautiful and only 900 meters from the entrance to Forest Park. The convenience store is right downstairs and offers delicious snacks. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. There is a lovely garden at the back, perfect for sitting outside late at night with a drink. Thank you for your experience!

The room although it is spacious it does not have a closed room for us to change after bathing. There is also a step down to the living area just outside the bathroom/toilet so we often nearly fell as we walk over. We had a hard time getting the right channels to the TV shows.

The staff was very helpful in planning our trip to the main attractions as we are on our own free and easy trip. She also taught us how to use the various apps.
