SingaporeThe hotel is showing its age. In particular, the bathroom. The shower door did not seal properly and shower water leaked out causing the floor to be extremely slippery. The maintenance men were unable to fix it, despite changing the door gaskets and realigning the door. The gave up and suggested using towels to keep the place dry. I finally decided to reverse the door to open inwards rather than outwards, and reverse the door gaskets. It was difficult to get in and out, but at least the floor was dry.
Easy access, good efficient elevators, quiet, convenience store on the property with reasonable prices, quick responding staff, handled complaints immediately. The Chinese restaurant was very good.

United Arab Emirateshalf the time Air conditioning was not working, everytime i called someone they came and just reduced the temperature and asked us to give sometime but still it was not cooling on the last day of my stay they realised that the air conditioning was not working and by that time we were leaving already so yeah very poor there. One of the days when I was having a business call, all the lights just switched off and it was a big hassle and waste of time to wait for them to fix it. So 2 instances that really spoilt our stay.
The cleanliness was good, the room service came everyday on time and cleaned the room and change the toiletries and towels.

At first night when we arrived late due to delay at our plane as there was enormous rain we can arrive at the hotel at 06:00 AM the reception clerk was impolite although I say him we make a wrong reservation we are not going to stay 3 nights we are going to stay for 2 nights he charged us for 3 nights. Then the other clerk come and make the right reservation. At the morning when I want to take shower the but tub is not working properly so i couldn’t get a proper shower At the second night of my stay when I woke up I see blood beside my bed, I call the duty manager and explain all these problems to the duty manager at first she says she can not do anything, when I say I will sue the hotel as I slept in a bed which has blood she says she will upgrade my room. I said to her upgrade is not enough I want real compensation she did not do anything about it. The hotel must give me a refund at least for the second night where a slept at a blooded bad. Hope you can do something about this real problem

QatarI don't understand why the hotel management instruct hotel staff to turn the AC off at night!!!!! this is not fair even if the weather is 17 degree outside! I paid money to stay and enjoy my time in the hotel and not staying for free! I have full right to control AC thermostat by my own and not by hotel staff! very bad experience and on second day I search for a hotel and I did my checkout!! then I never stay here! by the way I like this hotel and since 2010 I’m a regular guest who travel to CAN 7 times a year and because of this issue I prefer to stay in other hotel with respect me and allow me control the AC as I wish and not an the hotel wish.
