Best location in La Candelaria. Couple of minutes away from El Chorro de Quevedo, but far enough not to be noisy. Near restaurants, groceries stores and most cultural places.

The appartment had a sofa that really smelled bad. We didn't want to sit on it. Needs replacement. But the rest was clean

Staying in La Candelaria in a studio apartment with a little kitchen proves to be the best. Breakfasts in one of the many cafes, dinner in the apartment with food bought a few steps away. Perfect!

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is lactated in the center of la Candeleria. The rooms are very clean and cosy and are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially the staff made us feel very welcome as the lady of the house is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying there!

I always forget that heating is not terribly important in many places in South America, and we had spent several days in Cuenca freezing in our accommodations. Here, fortunately, we were able to rent a small space heater that kept our room comfortable.

This is a great location. Esperanza greeted us and was very accommodating and helpful in finding us a room with not too many stairs. The building itself is very interesting with lots of nooks and crannies and very different room configurations.

Split level apt are very small, but have everything you need. Dress warm...it's freaking cold in Bogotá even in the summer.

Not much English spoken but we managed OK. The apartment we stayed in was a little old but great value for money.

Great location in a quiet street. Our apartment was at the back of the property so extra quiet. Cleaning standards were excellent.

Not was hot water at night , and there nobody to talk with about the problem. Very noisy, you can hear everyone and every sound outside the room. Don't have enough lights because the space is closed

We rented an apartment with a BIG living room and nice space, but we got a super small living room. The host said that it was the same type A apartment, but the photos we totally different. So if you are lucky enough - you will get what you booked, but we weren't.

It seemed a nice place if you are lucky to get the apartment you booked. The area is quiet.

I would not recommend this place if you're a backpacker and it is the beginning of your trip in Colombia. The staff was not really ever there...? I had to communicate with the cleaning staff whenever I needed something. I might be old-fashioned, but I like when Hotels assist with learning about a new city and provide info on things to do and see. One more thing... we were put next to the front door. All night they have this extremely loud bell to let people in the hotel. It was ringing all night. I do not know if it was other guests trying to get in or just drunks having a laugh, but even with ear plugs it was an unpleasant experience.

The location was great, right in the Candelaria District. I also thought the price was great or else I wouldn't have booked it.

They changed my room type without informing me. Staff couldn't find my booking then denied the room change. The manager was rude and unreasonable. Refused to apologize. The room type I booked was not available. Next day I should check out at 12.00 and get my room at 14.00. Some rooms have horrible view, the ceiling is very low and facilities missing (no sofa, no microwave)

No hot water so couldn't take a shower. The sofa is in terrible condition, just to seat in hurts - can't imagine anyone sleeping on it and its full of holes. The white cover on the top of the bed as stains, so it is a put off. The terrace is not attached to the studio, its on the other side of the property.

The location is great. The studio is spacious. The staff are kind. The bathroom is nice.

The room is opposite the laundry area so the privacy & staff were active doing the laundry. The large kitchen window looked at the laundry. The blind must be closed for privacy.

The room is good if you are staying for more than one night with cooking facilities. The loft bed area was very good. The room was quiet at night. The accommodation is close to the areas of interest & eating options. Early check out was available by leaving the key in a safe.

The room I was placed was not the room that appeared in the phots of the Apartment I booked, specifically choosen for the layout. Noisy rooms (hallways are the stone courtyard and doors have gaps at bottom you hear everyone talk, walk, come and go at all hours of day. Also, there were two leaks in my room. One from the window above the bed, easy enough to stop by putting down the shade. The second was a crack in the ceiling which couldnt be stopped. Both dripped the water roughly on the endtables next to the bed, thankfully my phone wasnt on the table during the worst of the leaking, but if it had been this review would be a 1 overall. It's really an unacceptable thing that I avoided having negatively effect me too much.

Beautiful old colonial era building on one of the main streets of old Bogota. The staff are exceptional and always there to help you, no matter the time of day it seems. Location is perfect for sightseeing in Candelaria.
