The breakfast was lovely, the hotel is modern and fresh with beautiful decor and very clean. We struggled with the water in the shower, the water pressure was very low and we rarely had hot water for longer than 2 minutes. Luckily Cartagena is hot so we could just about bear the cold showers but this is a problem for this hotel.

NetherlandsThe bedrooms we stayed in did not have windows to outside, only to a central hall. Because of this there was a strong humidity smell in one of the rooms. Having some natural ventilation would be nice.
Overall is a good place to stay, is very well located, just within walking distance from the Ciudad Amurallada, and in the heart of Getsemaní. The rooms were confortable and spacious enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Costa Rica- There is no elevator, be advised! - Bathroom is very small, no water pressure in the shower and it was leaking once turned off, you could hear it at night. - Breakfast needs improvement especially if you are staying multiple days: no tea available, they were out of items in a daily basis, not much variety. - Also they only give you 1 key card per room. - Wifi is free but VERY slow and spotty.
- Good location, felt safe as you need to be buzzed in to access the B&B. - Room was clean. - Francisco, the night front desk attendant, was friendly.

United StatesI've been to 61 countries, and this is the first time I'm having such an experience with a hotel! Upon check in, we were told that "the bottled water in the room is available for your use", and since we did not see any price tags on them, we assumed that, just like most other hotels, they are included. Upon check out, they said you have to pay $10000 colombian pesos for each water bottle, which is 10 times the price of the next door supermarket. We said we were misinformed and this price is not fair as there was no price tag. We offered to replace the water bottles by buying them from the next door supermarket, but they locked the door, imprisoned us in the hotel, and said you cannot leave the hotel until you pay! Unbelievable! This behavior made us even more reluctant to pay. Despite all this, I tapped my card to pay just to get it over with so we can end it, but I filmed myself paying against my will. Despite that, the receptionist refused to let us go, saying that I have to delete the video. We tried to make our way out when they unlocked the door for another customer, but the staff attacked us, snatched our stuff, and even stole a hat from us in the process. We finally made our way out, but our luggage was damaged and my wife's hat was stolen, and the thought of that experience made us shiver for the rest of our trip!

United StatesAir conditioner was right on your head from the bed, and there were no extra covers, so we were cold every night. Our room was small with no ventilation and no windows, felt a little weird, and the bathroom was really small.

United StatesThe hotel is next to a disco club. Loud music throughout the night. My companion found hair in her breakfast two days in a row. The first she picked off second they did replace the breakfast. But worse of all the business is unethical. They charged me an arbitrary $100USD fee for changing my guest from one night to the next. They said the fee is part of the terms and conditions. So when I arrived at the hotel I asked the staff to show me where. They embarrassingly couldn’t find it. I paid it because it was literally the middle of the night. We had gotten back from all day in the beach and were exhausted and in no mood to haggle on my vacation. They gave me the managers number so I can deal with her later. I spoke to her. She assured me what I was charged was in the policy agreement I signed. (I know it wasn’t because I read the policy). I asked to show me where. She said the policy I signed was archived (it’s a standard form they have readily available for new guest to sign) So she will have to get back to me. Three days has passed and she has not been able to show anywhere this fee. They messaged me on WhatsApp after my guest was checked in and I’m in the city that she will randomly charge me $100USD which is an absurd amount. And NOWHERE does it say 1) you can’t change your guest 2) $100 USD Fee for doing so.

United StatesThe service was terrible I didn't get the room I made the reservation for Staff dusnt help with the luggage, we were in second level room and terrible stairs with luggage. The front desk person saw us bringing down our luggage and he didn't attempt to help. Also as we were exiting the property which is more stairs he failed to attempt to help. He acted as if he didn't see what was happening. A cleaning staff said something to him and he just proceeded to ignoring her.

United StatesThe hotel is a new build - some of the stairs sagged a little when I stepped on them. The hotel is at the edge of Getsemani - it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the main square in the area, and about a 15 minute walk to Old Town, I didn’t particularly enjoy walking down the street the hotel was on but I never had any problems.
I was in a suite. The hotel has air conditioning and hot water - and a nice view with a spacious room. Breakfast was made to order and had good options. I thought the price was good value for the room I got.
