Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaI wouldn’t recommend booking the airport shuttle through the hotel. While the hotel initially quoted a price, driver wanted to charge double for safe arrival and for the airport wait time (which was less than an hour and expected due to immigration line). It is safe to use ride sharing apps and taxis as long as the price is confirmed beforehand. Room was a bit too warm and it wasn’t possible to open the window.
Very clean, good location, nice staff. Breakfast was varied.

FranceDifficult to get a hot shower (Bogotá was saving on water at the time so might have been linked). I asked for the sauna once but it hadn't be turned on at the agreed time. The waffles were absolutely amazing....so they were difficult to get!!
Good soundproofing despite the busy street. Quiet and clean. Very good breakfast.

United KingdomPerfect location to explore Bogotá! Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved our stay. Room was spacious and confortable, really nice decorated and very quiet at night. The view was great to understand Bogotá. Main sites such as Museo de oro o Museo Botero y Candelaria are very easy to reach. We actually walked on Sunday morning all the way from the hotel to the museums as the main road (Carrera 7) was closed to traffic and cyclists and runners took over it, best way to start our visit thanks to the location of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and staff very attentive both in the restaurant and reception. A great choice! Gracias!

PhilippinesThe toilet has no bidet. The hotel rooms have no airconditioner since the weather in Bogota is cold at night. Upon check-out, the hotel staff has added on my bill the 19% tax which I was not informed.earlier about it. However, it can be refunded at the airport (DIAN), but I was not able to do it due to long queue and tedious requirements.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is located in a secured area which is in Chapinero district, a walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel daily rate is very affordable. It is a value for money. A walking distance also to Zona Rosa and Zona T. Highly recommended for family and solo travellers.

BelgiumChecking was quite slow. Arriving at 8:30 in the evening and everything was closed no bar no restaurant. If you come from a long international flight this is dissapointed because it is difficult to find something in the neighbourhood on your first arrival. Reception was not that customer friendly.
The room was clean and spacious. a view on the hills of bogota if they could only clean the windows it would be lovely.

Romania- the windows are not soundproof so you can hear the street noise - the shower: it takes forever until the hot water comes - the breakfast: limited availability on some things ( fruits, bread, yogurt, deli cheese weren’t available) .. maybe because we had breakfast after a large group of dutch tourists.
