Breakfast was delicious, gardens were lovely for relaxing after the boat trip, rooms were nice, plenty of bathrooms, clothesline available and handwashing of clothes. The location is quiet and close to town.

Nothing to complain about. There is no shared kitchen so can't cook there or keep water cool in fridge, but we knew that before booking. Just to be aware of if you are booking a dorm thinking it's a hostel.

Nice hotel a slight walk from the main area of Capurgana. Stayed in room with AC which worked well. Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice (available only between 8-9am) and it was quiet. Slept well. Tap with filtered water.

Loved this place! The staff and the owners are lovely people. There is a great garden area with trees and a lovely breeze. It’s situated close to the center and the docks, but still in a quiet area. It has solar power, so we didn’t really suffer from any power outages. Would recommend everyone to stay here!

Amazing hostel, probably my favourite one I've stayed at while being in colombia, I extended my stay. Juan charlos is really kind and eager to help. He helped me with my Spanish also. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels! Super traquillo vibes with a big yard and amazing breakfast. Gracias por todo!!

Really pretty place in a really pretty environment. I booked for two nights, extended for two more. The rooms are lovely, clean and tidy, the garden has hammocks and lots of plants with some local animals visiting, e.g. birds and iguanas. Morgane and Juan Carlos are always helpful and up for a chat. Walking distance to the beach and to the hiking trails. Keep in mind that every now and then there's shortage of electric power so you should make an effort to reduce the use of energy, but the staff will always find a way to help you recharging your devices. All in all I'm very happy with my stay and I wish Morgane and Juan Carlos all the best for their future plans!

I don't like the synthetic beddings, especially in the tropics, but I guess they have this because it dries quickly. There could have been more variety in the breakfast. You can have your choice of eggs with arepa and cheese, which was absolutely good, but the choice of yogurt and fruit, for example, would have been nice.

We had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. The cabaña is specious with a nice veranda and hammock. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Just a minor thing, my room was to the rear of the property and the WiFi did not work that far, saying that the WiFi throughout Capurgana is not great

Great space, full of green, not far from the port. The family running it were super nice and welcoming. They created a very comfortable atmosphere. The dorms were comfortable and clean. Fans ran on solar, so no problem with the power outages. Away from the noisy areas in the evening.

The private room was amazing and when we moved to the private dorm, it was slightly less tidy and clean, but the beds were really good and still had essential mosquito nets

It can be a little noisy sometimes due to the main square which blasts music at full volume, but this is an issue wherever you stay in the town. It might even be less severe here than other places.

Excellent value for money. The room was exactly what I needed after the San Blas islands trip. The owner is also very lovely and happy to help. The propery also has fans and lights on a generator which is a lifesaver with the load shedding that happens in Capurgana.

Great location in the middle of the desert. Very friendly family, you feel right at home, and they offer delicious Colombian meals. They are in the process of building a swimming pool, which is perfect as it can get very hot.

Cold shower. I was told there isn't any hot water in the whole of Capurgana but it wasn't true. Friends staying at similar hostel or hotels had hot shower.

Bathroom was a little wet all the time and shower was not the best. I was here during the weekend (Friday to Monday) and the music from the bars is really unbearable at nights, earplugs don't really help. Also the dorm was pretty hot (no AC, only fan) so didn't sleep that well. Keeping the door open helped with the temperature a little though.

Beautiful hostel, really liked the garden area. The staff was really friendly and helpful, as well as the two volunteers :) The dorm was good sized, beds are comfortable and with mosquito nets. Location is great, close to everything you need.
