We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed for the Media Marathon de Cundinamarca and the hotel provided breakfast earlier than usual so that guests attending the race could eat before they left. Really thoughtful.

United KingdomThe wifi in my room was non-existent, but worked well in communal areas. This didn't affect my stay. Likewise, there was some traffic noise despite the (rare) proper glazing. Again, this didn't affect my stay but if you're a very light sleeper I'd advise asking for a quiet room.
Lovely little hotel based around a colonial building. Super convenient location, and very comfortable bed. Excellent hot shower, heating in room should it get cold. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very accommodating when it came to securely storing my bicycle, which was much appreciated.

That place is located 2 blocks away from the Cathedral of zipaquira. I stayed in the colonial room, which is very basic. That hotel has its own parking. Very safe for rental car, and avoid extra fees for parking. The staff was very enthusiastic. If you are Colombian but reside in another country, you will be exempt from paying the IVA showing the entry to Colombia with the passport.
