The staff was amazing, So kind and ready to help, we felt like at home! and the rooms are brand new and were super cozy. It’s in El poblado but still is a quiet street so I could rest and it’s in a walkable distance from the party for who are interested.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was the perfect little haven! The hostel was super clean , staff were so friendly and kind . Good kitchen and great wifi and in a perfect spot in Poblado , 10 minutes to everything but quiet and chill!

No personal at the reception, just rearly. And they also didn't speak in english. No soap and shampoo in the dispensers. The pizzaria downstairs is loud till they close.

- new mattress was hard like rock - very loud hostel : a woman was shouting, laughing & much more from 1 AM to 3 AM, people watching super loud movies until 1 AM etc.. if you are a fan of sleeping I’m not sure this hostel if for you 🤪 we had to leave after 2 sleepless nights - definitely overcharged our laundry

Again, extremely impressed by how everything was soooooo clean ! - I think the hostel was renovated recently, our private bathroom was just 😍 - helpful staff - good location : not to far away from metro and not too far away from where the action is in El Poblado

No windows in the room

The room was bigger than we usually had in Colombia. The bathroom was comfortable. There's a big and very clean shared kitchen. There's a good Italian restaurant next door. The neighboorhood is quiet but with a 10min walk you are in the middle of Poblado. Good places for breakfast nearby

Andres and the support staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and bathroom was nice with good water pressure. There was an issue with the plumbing that affected my room so I was moved to a different one, but it was no one’s fault and they were extremely apologetic. I was offered my choice of any available room in the hostel, so I ended up getting an unexpected bonus balcony and they even went and got me an apology bottle of champagne. All in all they handled the issue beautifully.

Best hostel ever! I stayed here and kept extending. It's completely spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well stocked with new equipment. The bathrooms are roomy and there are loads of showers and toilets. It's quiet and peaceful, but yet only a 10 minute walk from the main Poblado area. The rooms are big and airy. The beds are comfortable. The staff are absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. Always greeting me with a big smile. A small garden with comfortable hammocks. Another outdoor seating area. And lots of indoor areas to chill in. They let me keep my bag there while I went to Bahia Solano for a few days. I love this place.

No real issues, it isn’t right in the heart of Poblado which was fine for us but worth knowing.

Amazingly welcoming staff. Facilities were great, kitchen especially! Nice location, not too close to the craziness but not too far to get in.

Pretty noisy, el poblado is a noisy area but our Windows weren’t airtight and very thin wooden walls shared with the room next door. Could also see the light from the main corridor as the wooden wall wasn’t fully closed. Also no railing on the bunk bed so you could just roll off. Bunkbed was also very noisy.

You pay for what you get essentially. Very friendly and helpful staff - let us stay a good few hours while we were waiting for our overnight bus. Pretty good location - slightly off the main area of el poblado.

WiFi was a little weak in the room

Quiet hostel, nice outdoor spaces and friendly staff.nice clean bathrooms and there's more than enough! A pretty cental location and the perfect place to get a good night sleep and feel relaxed. Also a great pizza restaurant attached to the front of this hostel with performances and vibes.

Cloud9 Hostels was one of my favorite hostels during my travels! The beds were comfy and the entire space felt so homely. The kitchen was always spotless, and the hot water in the shower was perfect after a long day. The staff are SO friendly and kind, and always had a big smile on their face. They responded to me quickly on WhatsApp and even helped me receive my camera delivery from Bogota. In total I've spent about 2 weeks here. I love staying here and can't wait to be back!

By far one of the best hostels we have stayed in. Our room and the common areas were super clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was really well stocked and we got free coffee in the morning which was a nice bonus. The garden was really nice. The hostel was chilled and in a quiet area, but it was sociable at the same time. It was in a nice location. Andres and all of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely come back to stay!
