I would like to see fans in the dorms.

I liked the communal outdoor areas and wonderful kitchen! There are plenty of clean bathrooms and showers if you are staying in a dorm. The location is close to everything in poblado but in a quieter area so you don’t have to listen to the party all night. I met some very cool folks here and the staff is very sweet. Plus, if you just want to chill and take some time to unwind from your travels in front of your favourite show - they have Netflix with hostel account signed in ;) Also, free coffee in the mornings!

Checking in was a bit confusing. The front door is through a restaurant and the door is always locked and we couldn’t find the doorbell at first. The walls are a bit thin too, so neighbours might forget that a private room isn’t truly private :)

So many hostels in the area are party places, it was good to be in a spot that was a quiet retreat from all that. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the rooms comfortable. It’s also very well located with short walks to lots of restaurants as well as the metro. But above all else, the staff are the best and helped us adjust our booking last minute through this app without any issues.

very nice hostel, clean, good WiFi, very friendly staff, they will do everything for you. we had a lovely stay for a few weeks here. they have more area’s to sit (also outside) and a full equipment kitchen with in the morning coffee!

The staff weren’t very helpful or friendly and communication was poor. When we arrived at 11pm we had to wait 5 minutes outside for someone to let us in. The hostel is also very loud and when the when guests are playing the TV downstairs you can hear everything. This went on until late at night.

Rooms are very modern and clean. Looked like a hostel you would find in Europe. Nice social area and outside area with hammocks.

Great location, in walking distance to a gym and bars and restaurants, and the metro. We had a private en-suite which had hangers and hot water. We asked for a fan and was given one. The staff are really friendly (even with a language barrier) and the owner makes time to chat to his guest and his little dog Ernesto is the cutest. They also had a rescue dog there when we were there. The kitchen is clean and if the staff are making coffee you can have some too

There appeared to be no quiet hours. From 10.30pm until 4am both nights there was loud talking, singing and music by other guests (or staff?) that kept us awake . So unfortunately had poor sleeps both nights.

Facilities and location were good value for money.

our bunk was wobbly & you couldn’t move without shaking both bunks (which was very loud) the walls were extremely thin & the locks to our door didn’t work (the lady at reception was lovely and apologetic) however we felt unsafe knowing the door was unlocked the whole time we were there

It was very loud and hard to rest even with earbuds. Our room was close to the yard and some lads were drinking all night long. They didn’t let us sleep with their loud drunken conversations at night, and they also woke us up early with continued drunken conversations. Such a bummer because other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We booked a room with a private bathroom. Well, on the picture it is inside the room. But, on the reality our bathroom was an external bathroom. Eventho it was just for us & is located right almost beside the room, you still need to get out to use it. And it's just not the same in terms of convinience. The advertisement was misleading, if only the word EXTERNAL existed instead of just private bathroom, we would have looked at other places.

The location of the hostel is superb! There are a lot of gastro options in the near. The hostel staff are nice. You can do same day laundry & store your luggage after you check out.

Location, shower, bed, all good, room spacious. No hooks to hang on wall to put jacket or clothes or luggage rack, no chair. Kitchen had cutlery, dishes, microwave, fridge, but no stove, so don’t plan on cooking here, (overall disappointing kitchen). 24 hr attention is good. Came across 3 times some dog droppings, rather heartless to see this, I guess they shouldn’t allow dogs!!! On booking site it says garden views we did not see that, garden view they showed had the place where the dog does his pooping!!

It is strange hostel. Not so many group activities. Staff does not speak english. If you are taking bunkbed room, expect that u will not sleep. The whole part of the hostel is improvised with wooden walls. You hear EVERYTHING. Other part of hostel is with rooms with a very small windows facing the hallway. Our room had only thick bed covers which for sure are not washed regularly (other rooms got a proper white cover to place be in between). When i asked to get the white thin sheet, they gave me not ironed and with couple of hairs, and when i complained, they again gave me again non ironed but this time with out hairs (so i prayed it was washed). I would not recommend this hostel.

The false information in the booking process and the difference between the room offerted and the real room

In the booking process i reserve a room whit balcony, when i come to my room, the staff toldme that my reserve isnt like i see in the app. They give me a poor iluminated and ventilated room. Additionally the tv isnt work, dont have any signal

2 private rooms next to eachother have no windows. Room not very soundproof at all (can hear neighbours breathing). Rest was fine, I had a good stay!

Location was great, close to supermarket, Exito, Subway and next to delicious pizzaria! Staff very friendly and helpfull. Hostel nice and calm, multiple areas to sit.

There were bed bugs in my bed (private room) so I had to leave the place at 4AM as it’s impossible and dangerous to sleep with bed bugs. Disgusting experience

The tiny window felt a bit claustrophobic and the noise entered the room very easily. Impossible to ventilate the room without opening the door. The room was also very tiny not meeting the expectations/pictures and there was no place whatsoever to store clothes or anything else.

We loved the location and found the place to be overall good value for money. The location is very safe and rooms clean. Small little shared kitchen is also available with free coffee and outdoor seating. They stored our luggages for no additional cost and all staff was super friendly.
