the beds were a bit shaky if you stayed on a top bunk. also the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, maybe just me. the bed curtains could be a bit thicker also, they’re VERY thin.. there was a lot of construction going on also.... not the hostels fault but I do think that maybe they should notify customers before they book/right after just out of respect/curtesy..

the property is gorgeous. even nicer in person. extremely clean and very open layout. staff were amazing and had a very social/chill vibe. met some lovely people and the 2 dogs are the cutest. staff could help organise your trips to Cocora/coffee farms and they give you recommendations on food in town and stuff like that. to this, it was amazing and very personal. I must also thank they staff that were very attentive and helpful, and even allowed me to move rooms when I requested it due to noise of construction. they were very eager to help and I really appreciate that.

Beautiful hostel in salento! Great views, nice staff, great breakfast and cozy doggies lol! Made you feel like you was in the country which I loved! They had a nice chilled area also where its was really nice to meet people and chill! We had a double room and it was huge and really nice!

it was very easy to hear people from our room as it was on the ground floor and maybe some extra sound proofing in the windows would be good!

Despite there being a big and very nice kitchen upstairs, you are not allowed to use it (its only for staff to make breakfast). The shared kitchen is downstairs, and it's not great. Only one burner works at a time and doesn't get very hot. The pots and pans are in bad shape, and overall, its poorly equipped. The shared fridge is just a mini-fridge. This would be something very easy and inexpensive for the hostel to improve upon.

Very beautiful hostel with amazing common areas. There is a huge garden behind the hostel, a big shared balcony, lounges, and a big patio. Beds in the shared room were great and had privacy curtains. Big rooms.

Found a bit overpriced for what it had to offer, other hostels seemed to have pool/jakuzzi or other extra amenities, problems with hot water, no breakfast included, no socks near my bed, wifi was sometimes off.

The staff was great and it has a beautiful view.

Bed bugs found in multiple beds in 2 different dorm rooms. While I understand that bed bugs aren't always the fault of the hostel, as they can't control if a guest brings them in from somewhere else, I was disappointed in their response and lack of procedure to deal with the issue. They didn't offer any solutions to help me clean my things, and overall didn't seem to care that much or understand the seriousness of the problem. As far as I'm aware, no one went to check out the rooms and there were still people staying in them totally unaware when I left.

The communal kitchen was very small and not very nice but we understand this is being renovated shortly. There were lots of places to eat out so it wasn’t a problem.

The hostel is conveniently located in town. We stayed in the new block of private rooms. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

Wifi made it really hard to work / study at all. Overall was really loud / couldn’t sleep most nights even tho they say “quiet hours after 10” and staff not super helpful. Breakfasts small. Didn’t get the greatest value for money
