One small area for improvement would be the air conditioning. It would be great if the temperature could be set lower than 19°C, as I prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Apart from that, I have no further suggestions, as everything else during my stay was excellent.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Dann Carlton Bogotá was very positive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, always eager to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. I would say the only thing is that for wand the greatest was the breakfast. I didn’t feel very up to the standard the hotel presented itself as. It was not a bad breakfast but it felt like it needed more quality.

The room was great! The staff were beyond amazing, very friendly, and quite attentive. The hotel looks really nice and I really like where it’s located.
