Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaThis is not a negative on the hotel, but once we converted the peso to AUD we realised how expensive our laundry service was. It was done the same day, and we appreciated that.
Having bilingual staff was very helpful. The breakfast was well catered, and all the staff were lovely. The pool was beautiful. Easy pick-up access for taxi's or Uber's. Centrally located within a short walk to all sorts of restuarants, shopping centres and street vendors. I would definitely stay at the Dann Carlton should I return to Medellin.

Curaçaoall was good.
This is a really great hotel. I had a great room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great. There are two restaurants, one in the lobby and one on the roof. The last one has a moving platform so in 2 hours you make a complete 360 degree turn and see the city. The hotel has a nice pool with a good gym.

United StatesNo hair dryer in the room, you have to call to bring one. No complimentary water in the room. We were initially placed on the top floor (right under the restaurant) and we could not sleep at night because it was very noisy. We were moved without any problems several floors below to a quiet and peaceful room. The pool looks nice, but it was raining and we could not use it. Overall, the level is 4 stars.
Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Hot water in the shower. Good Wi-Fi. The hotel is located next to the restaurant area on one side and a large shopping street on the other.

United StatesI wish we could have booked the spa which was one of our main deciding factors when booking the hotel but we couldn't do it in advnace and when we got there, we found out they are not open on Sundays.
Location was great! Next to all the top restaurants. The room was also really comfortable and I loved the water pressure. The pool was fun and it wasn't super crowded so that was nice.

United KingdomThere were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, though you could order through room service. Our room had quite a lot of air conditioning noise but, being high up, was otherwise quiet. Getting tea and coffee in the lobby was possible but not obvious.
The hotel is in a pleasant safe area of the city. It is about 15 minutes away from the Metro station ( the best and safest way to travel around). It is, essentially, a business hotel. Food in the main restaurant was good quality and the house wine is fine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
