Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesThe property has a nice design and looks good on the pictures. However the mattresses are very low quality and hard and my back was aching and didn’t sleep well for 3 nights. The lighting in the bathroom is insufficient if you’re trying to do your makeup or even have light in the shower. Location is nice close to the fun nightlife of Medellin. Breakfast is alright only, very limited choices and usually out of everything by 8.30-9 am. The lady called Arianna who brings you the coffee is a sweetheart and very kind soul.

PortugalThe hotel does not have very good taste when it comes to decoration, it looks like an airport hotel. The area despite being in El Poblado is not in the quietest area, there are lots of prostitutes next to the hotel and there are always people asking for money at the door. However, for us the worst was breakfast, it's not a buffet but it kind of wants to be a buffet, it's like "suspicious about how much you're going to eat". There's a glass separating the waitress and the food from the hotel guest, and it's the waitress who serves what you ask for. There is very little offer, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, some bowls with fruit, fresa yogurt, cow's milk and two types of cereal. Literally this is it. My advice is to stop changing the guests towels every single day and invest a bit in the breakfast, better to put it on a menu that doing this "wanna be buffet". Anyway, I have seen better options in El Poblado.
The room was comfortable and things worked well, hot water, the shower was good, there was a hairdryer.

Curaçao1) Breakfast, was really bad, 2) The room- didnt like that the door does not have extra locks and signs for housekeeping, so they can easily get in, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.
The hotel has a nice Location, which is walking distance from Calle lleras and provenza. Also the rooftop is beautiful to relax and have a beer and enjoy of the view of Medellin.
