The wifi signal was bad our room. The shower was broken and it didn’t have hot water.

The staff was super nice with us and always helpful. The facilities of the hotel are cool and it has different activities and games. The place is convenient if you plan to visit the coffee region.

The price can change and I wouldn't pay too much for a stay. You will get an orange juice from the bottle and not fresh made but else was actually all nice.

We chose the hotel because of the offering of Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turco, we ask for this service since our arrival and even before... The Jacuzzi never worked... and after THREE hours of requesting access to the other services, they turned on the Sauna and Turco, for 20 minutes... so finally we couldn't use anything the hotel offered, just the Sauna for 15 minutos... we were from the beginning asking about these services... and the same lady that basically do it all... couldn't help us...

Needs updating, they are just making money and not doing any maintenance and remodeling, has lots of potential but the staff is poorly trained, rooms are not adequate cleaned, in our bathroom we had already used soap and the waste basket had used toilet paper in it.

We stayed at this property from 12/27 to 12/29. There were 7 of us and we occupied three rooms. The hotel was run down, the reception was dirty, all three rooms were dirty. The sheets were dirty and crumpled, they looked like they had already been used. Two of the three bathrooms were missing toilet paper and they brought it to us after a while and the rolls were already half empty. Both the morning of the 28th and the morning of the 29th the showers did not work and we were unable to wash ourselves. In the morning there was only cold water and only in the sink. The staff is absolutely inadequate to manage the hotel. It is difficult, nowadays, to stay worse.

The property could have good potential if it were completely renovated and the staff were professionally trained to accommodate tourists

We didn’t have a good experience. The reservation was not respected, they gave us a room with features that we had not booked. They gave the room to another family who made a reservation by calling the hotel directly. So the hotel justified its mistake by a problem of booking platform. However, it was not true. They allowed the family to stay 1 additional night, without respecting our reservation and making the decision to give us another smaller room. In addition, breakfast was not the best, they served it cold. In the room there were not enough towels for 3 people and the blankets had a very bad smell. The rooms have a very bad odour. The attention of the reception was not very good, for our complaint, the person was very disrespectful in her response giving a personal opinion that she should not, since the decision of the room is only ours.

This hotel is in serious need of both updating and management improvements. This is a step above camping. Upon arriving at my room, it was clean but the toilet seat was on the floor. This was a sign as to what to expect for my two-night stay. I asked for extra towels as they only give you two towels that are for both the pool and your shower with no other hand-towels for the bathroom, tooth brushing, etc. The room was very basic without a chair or anything and the beds are old and hard and the blankets similar. Television in the room did not work but I was told that was a regional outage, not the hotel´s fault. After returning to the front desk about 4 times someone came to fix my toilet. Extra towels were only provided after several more visits to front desk. The garbage cans on the grounds were overflowing and only after I asked if they ever empty the trash when it is overflowing, did an employee empty them. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath are technically open from 9:00am but were not working until about 12:00. The steam was not working at all until another visit to the front desk. The jacuzzi was luke warm until another guest complained and finally by afternoon it was warm. However, I learned later that you need an appointment for the jacuzzi when we were finally enjoying it. The pool area is quite nice, but there are only two partially broken plastic lounge chairs. Two different times the water was shut off without warning: one time for maintenance, a second time because the tank was empty. So no water for several hours in the rooms or bathrooms. I was told there was hot water in the shower but that did not exist and every shower the bathroom did not drain so the entire bathroom was a small lake. Breakfast was a simple served meal. two eggs, arrepa, and couple bites of fruit. coffee was good. The thing that was most dissappointing is that because of the location and beauty of the place, the hotel has tremendous potential.

The location and surrounding landscape was beautiful. The pool was very nice and the landscape is very nice. Also it is not too far from Pereira (20 mil pesos by uber, 50 mil pesos by taxi). There are two restaurants and two supermarkets nearby.

Starting with the arrival experience, the front desk clerk claimed he could find no record of the Booking.com entry, alleging that Booking.com is essentially a scam that gives out confirmations without their own approval. According to him, the only valid confirmation comes from booking directly with the hotel. We had booked two family rooms (three beds in each room, so each of us could have a full-sized bed). He said we couldn't have those rooms because their policy doesn't allow a single person per room. Then he suggested we both stay in the same room without offering any discount, meaning we would still be paying for two rooms. I insisted that we wanted two rooms if we were paying for two rooms. Eventually, he said he found two rooms, but we had to wait almost an hour for the second one to be ready. Once we got to the rooms, we discovered they each only had two small single beds, not the full-sized beds we had reserved. One room had no toilet seat and no towels. Neither room had bed sheets; there was only a blanket to sleep with. The rooms had no fan or air conditioning, just windows without screens. So, to get any air, we had to open the windows and let in the mosquitoes. The walls and doors were paper-thin, with gaps around the doors, so we had to endure young people talking loudly and partying until 1 a.m., then them waking up at 5 a.m. and talking loudly, making for a terrible night's sleep. In the morning, we talked with the front desk, and they told us that bed sheets are only provided by request because "many people don't want them"—seriously? Of the three hotels we stayed at in the general Nevada de Ruiz area, this one was the most expensive and the worst experience. Do not recommend.

The property is well located, and the included breakfast was decent, the morning staff was friendly, but honestly those are really the only positives.

Manuela, Gisele, Juan Pablo and Luis need to be commended for their treatment to the hotel’s guests. our family dinner on Friday evening has the ice on the cake by a pleasant conversation with the General Manager.

the whole place is very outdated, it’s dirty, all the linens are old. Hot waters comes and goes, dogs all over the place even when eating. The food is so so, at times it came cold. Not stroller friendly. Breakfast is not included for kids until they are 5 years old?!
