Just one little niggle. The bathroom door didn't close properly and the room latch was a bit tricky.

It was very clean. The shower was great with hot water. Beautiful view and a place to appreciate it out of the rain. Bird life and a viewing platform nearby. Fridge and kitchen. Able to use washing machine. A lovely stay despite the weather.

I found dragging the heavy main gate back and forth to access the premises a chore as I'm not young and strong anymore.

Nice designed room, comfortable double bed, reliable hot shower, nice terrace with great views. Lina was helpful and welcoming when I arrived. I enjoyed the walk into town and back but others might find it too far from the centre.

The location is outstanding the views are beautiful and it’s very quiet. This is by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed in for my month in Colombia. It’s very clean and the staff managing it are very friendly and doing a great job. I will be coming back and staying here.

The place is a little out of town but walkable. Unfortunately it’s not very quiet as you can hear the road next to the house and the barking dog next door. Also there were two families staying and you could hear them early in the morning both in their rooms and when they came to the common area. The kitchen is useable but quite small for everyone. The microwave also almost fell out as the shelf it is on is sloping.

The rooms were nice and the place had a great view of the rock! The host was very responsive and accommodating, we could use the washing machine which was great. They had a Netflix account to use on the TV which was a nice touch.

The facilities were really clean and the hotel was quick to respond on WhatsApp. The location was perfect for walking to the town of Guatapé for the day. There was plenty of secure parking with a gate that was closed at night.

The finca is very good situated, it is not far from the city so it is quiet but the city is close. We liked the style of the building. The view of the Peñol is really something. The communication was great and always to the point. I can only recommend it.

Great location and very comfortable accommodation and safe! It’s not the usual hotel, the keys are on the door and you speak with the host via WhatsApp. He is very attentive and always answers right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen space as well as washing machine and dryer. Just a short walk to the beautiful town of Guatapé. Absolutely stunning views from the patio of the hotel! Definitely recommend it!

Nice quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the town. The room was very nice and clean. Parking is available in-site. It’s also possible to use a washing machine if required. There’s a kitchen for cooking too.

A detail… We were lucky to only have 2 extra guests staying with us as the kitchen is bit “small” to cook with more people at the same time.

Nice house with a view on el Peñol rock. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything we needed to cook and nice to be able to eat with the view. Just outside the center away from the noise for those seeking quietness but close enough to walk to it too.

You can hear people talking from the street. It didn't bother me that much since the street is outside of town, so not many people walked by. But if you're very sensitive to noise, this might be an issue.

It was a simple, but nice room, perfectly suiting our needs for a quiet, relaxing weekend. The hammocks have a great view of La Piedra.

Almost nothing. There was only one option for nearby breakfast eatery, but you could just walk down into the village for more options There was an informal lodging across the road that theoretically offered dinner - upon reservation, but they lacked a cook when I went by. Having to leave the cool clean air, views, peace and quiet and wonderful villages - for hot, polluted, noisy Medellin!

This is in a one-floor house converted into several rooms with a shared outdoor kitchen and a covered "gazebo" between hillside and a quiet road leading out of Guatape village. The rooms are simple. 1) DEAD QUIET AT NIGHT. Only insects at night and birds early in the morning are generally heard. During the day, one can hear the occasional vehicle and conversations wafting up from the road on the other side of the hedge. 2) WALKING DISTANCE to center of village. 3) MANAGER. Unfailingly attentive and helpful. 4) VALUE for money. The room was small and spartan, and the towel very thin, but with the large covered gazebo for lounging and working, I wasn't inconvenienced. 5) CLEAN AIR and COOL TEMPERATURES. You don't need a/c at this altitude, and it doesn't get cold enough to need heating.

The access road is currently under construction, so you must walk several blocks to get there from the point the tuktuks can go. Just a little inconvenient when you arrive with luggage and have to hike. Although a taxi could bring you the long way around if needed. As a solo female traveler, it wasn’t an ideal location for walking at night with the access road closed. But it’s not the property’s fault. Just something you should know. It is a safe neighborhood, I just felt it wise to come home early each night since I couldnt get a tuktuk there.

Nice property with beautiful view of la piedra and the lake through the palm trees. Staff is kind and accommodating. Guests can use the kitchen and laundry which was a nice surprise. Complimentary coffee any time. Lovely terrace with hammocks to chill on.
