Comfortable and spacious room. Most comfortable hotel bed I slept in Friendly and helpful staff Good location and close to Carnival ground. Good breakfast spread. They arranged airport pick up and drop off with a wonderful driver who also became my tour guide. Good communication all round. Highly recommended.

Quality hotel at best location. Very good breakfast and always the best service there from Freddy, Fatima, Luis and Sara. At the entry we always was met by Rafael and his big smile and always helpful. A really good hotel and a new favourite for us in Barranquilla.

United StatesI always vacation with my wife and my now 16 years old daughter, and we always share the same room. However, when we booked the room with Booking.com, it did not give us the option to put our daughter in the same room, and the hotel wanted to give us another room, I do not know why because the room has two double (full) beds. But anyway, we slept with our daughter in the same room, and we did not have to pay for another room, I hope we did not cheat. That was our main concern.
Our stay was from August 5 to August 7, 2023. Very good neighborhood. Good installations, small pool and gym, very good Turkish bath. Excellent staff, all of them, especially Rafael at the front desk and Freddy at the restaurant. The only complaint is that the double bed is really a full bed that is a little bit small for a married couple. The beds are too soft. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely, I will recommend this hotel.

ColombiaThere's always a bad side and for me it was the first room that was given. For starters I got placed next to the room that is just next to the streets and bars. Even though the windows are isolated I suffer from really sensitive hearing, this was just a mess, fortunately the staff did change my room. Next time in my stay I will for sure ask them to give me a room far away from the street and the bars.
Overall the experience was awesome. Hight quality standards for the room and staff. My bed was comfortable and I liked the tv selection provided, it makes me proud to have such a great hotel in my home city.

This is our second stay at four points Barranquilla and we can truly say we will not visit another hotel there. These place is great. This trip we visited now as parents with a 16 month old and had a blast. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The food at the breakfast buffet was varied and changed everyday letting you sample different foods from the Caribbean region.
