Freesoul has such a unique vibe! The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is just amazing. Plus, the location couldn‘t be better. Highly recommend!

The Freesoul Hostel has a good location in being very central and still not too far from the beach, which means everything is walkable. It is rather quiet, so it's perfect if you want to relax. They offer nice breakfast and a chill overall vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My experience was fantastic, the place is very nice, they were very friendly, helpful, willing and cooperative. The breakfast was too delicious, complete and the coffee wonderful. On the slightly negative side, I think a swimming pool would be great, it was super hot and the sea was too rough to swim. Then it would be perfect. Also, power cut do happen in Palomino, in this case be aware you won't have a fan during the night to sleep and it's super hot (but also in other hostels).

Very nice hostel, it's quite small so there is not a lot of people so the hostel is quiet at nights. If you want to party hard, you can go somewhere else or the beach. Breakfast was great and it's amazing to be able to chose between 4 different types every day! I had a massage when I was there and it was one of the best I ever had, the lady had just the right pressure, I wish I remembered her name to recommend...and it's not expensive and they come to you. Nice touch to have a mosquito net and a fan by the bed. Nice staff and volunteers. They do try to organise activities, the most regular being dancing classes at the hostel itself, and I think it's a great effort. There is a kitchen to cook if you feel like it. Price is great. The hostel is also midway between the beach (if you want to surf or take the sun or go to the parties) and the end of the town, so you are in the middle of a lot of restaurants, shops etc

The people working there are so nice and welcoming, they call you by your name, I love it! Breakfast amazing and included in the price, makes my life so much easier. Just choosing between 4 delicious options. The dorms are nice there is a little space next to the bed, for everyday stuff, so useful. Location is great, in the main road, and not too close from the sound of the parties It's perfect

The best breakfast I’ve ever head in the hostel! The rooms are nice, facilities are clean and kitchen is really well equipped. The place has a really nice vibe and the people and volunteers working there are making this place unique! Definitely recommend!

Keep in mind there isn’t air conditioning. The fan made it comfortable for sleeping at night time but the days can get really hot in the room depending on the time of year.

A beautiful sanctuary in a quieter location that is still close to the beach and near all the restaurants. Great daily morning yoga and evening dance classes. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. The owner is wonderful and helpful, as are all the staff. The private room showers overlook trees — such a great nature view!

Freesoul became my home. We planned to stay only 3 nights which turned into a month. The staff is amazing. Paula have the right contacts to take you to the best places with a great discount, Betty cooks the best waffles and pancakes in town and Jorge makes sure everything works. Further more the owners Franco and Paola are always looking for suggestions to improve the hostel. What I loved the most? The salsa classes ofc! Every single night comes Dani to teach you how to move your skeleton and master the latin vibes. There is a discount for guests, so if you like people, food and music like me, you are more than welcome to be part of this family!

The WiFi in the room was nearly non existent.

As I was alone in the room I had plenty of space. For a couple it would be just ok. The room had two bedside lamps what I never found in other rooms. it is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly.
