It would have been really helpful to have even a small fridge in the shared kitchen area. That was the one thing I needed when I wasn't able to finish my dinner but had to just throw it out.

I liked that the hotel is a little bit outside the main part of town, but it has great views of the main square from the roof. I enjoyed the breakfast and a visit to the spa for a massage before I began my multi-day hike. The room was small but had everything I needed for my short stay. The rooftop would make a great bar in the evening especially with the views.

Asbolutely nothing negative to share.

Everything!! I would definitely book it again. It's in a great location because it's a bit outside the center which means it's more quiet + it's walking distance from some of the coffee tours of the areas. Very good breakfast! it's organized in 3 different options and you can enjoy it at the rooftop with a beautiful view of the valley. They have a small SPA inside: do it!!! you won't regret it. If i had time, I'd have done it twice The personnel is so so nice and they've been helping us so much with our check in. We had a flight cancelled and they managed to re-organize the transfer (I suggest to take it and ask for Hernán if possible) and they removed the night we didn't spend there.

Great location, walking distance to different places. Clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent every day, the view at the breakfast site is a plus, as well as the Jacuzzi in the suite I rented. Salento is absolutely adorable and has a lot of things to do and enjoy the nature and culture.

Rooms not soundproof, but after 22:30 it's always quiet (earlier depending on other guests)

Quiet location at the edge of the center (some minutes walking). Good breakfast! Great value for money. Gym available. Good and fast laundry service.

The screened section of the windows didn't provide much airflow, so my room was warm even at night when outside temps were low. The shared kitchen was not very functional.

As I said room was basic and tiny. Nothing other than bed shower and TV. It's gets the job done but really just as a place to sleep.

The bed was a lil bit too small for us. The room was under the place where breakfast was organised, so every morning we could here the noises coming from the top (people talking, chairs moving etc)

Good value for money. On top, the Hotel has gym, spa, and massages which gave additional value to our stay. The views from our room were excellent.

We stayed here to avoid the apparently noisy centre of town however it was very noisy at night with stray dogs and other guests breaking glass. The beds were also quite small.

Good breakfast served in the terrace at the top which has the best views in town. We sat on the terrace in the evening with a few beers and cards. I think the place is missing an opportunity by not turning it into a bar for sunset as it's an amazing place.
