My room was very loud. You can hear people partying, even whispering in the street. Our window was in front of the street but it's an old window that doesn't isolate at all

They state there is a liggage storage yet it was only possible to leave my luggage in the dining room which you eneter directly from the entrance, and the front desk is not always occupied. This didn’t feel safe so I ended up hanging in the dining room with my luggage.

There is only one shared bathroom and toilet for the guests, which was a shame as I found myself considering using a toilet in a nearby cafe. Also my dormitory was downstairs with no windows, but the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed for 6 days as the location, staff and terrace were wonderful!

The hostel has a nice homely feel with tasteful decor and lovely staff. The outdoor area is nice too, with fantastic views.

Rooms are a bit cramped and you can hear everything going on in the streets. Staff could be a little more helpful with recommending excursions/tours etc.

Really great location, and the patio is amazing to relax and enjoy the views.

I stayed in the deluxe double room and it looked exactly like in the picture. The room was clean and there was hot water in the en suite shower. I saw some bad reviews so was worried about this booking, but I didn’t encounter any problems.The man behind the desk was friendly and helpful. The hostel gave me keys to the front door so I could come and go as I pleased. For the cheap price this room was very good! The room I stayed in had windows out into the street, so there is some noise from people walking by but this was fine. The room I stayed in was also very close to the front door so you could hear people as they came in/checked in. But this was not a problem. There are some nice bars just up the hill a little bit more and you can hear the music from them till about 1130 but it was quiet after that untill about 7:30 in the morning when people start passing by There is a nice little fire pit and beautiful view from the back of the social area also

Quite a fee thing either broken or not working properly. Such as doors, windows didnt stay open and were loud. It was very loud in general. Water wasnt working but no refund for the extra money spend on the bath. Staff wasnt really helpful, but kind.

The staff was great with us, the room was spacious and beds super comfy with curtains! We loved the location, the bathroom was clean, hot shower and nice pressure! We don’t understand the bad reviews because we loved it and the price was reasonable too!

The staff super friendly Valentina the receptionist arrange all our needs and questions. The rooms are beautiful and the views for breakfast and the terrace amazing right in the center of Salento!!

Nothing really. I was lucky to get a good dorm compared to some others I spoke to.

Comfortable bed in a decent dorm with it's own bathroom. Valentina on reception was super nice and friendly, as were the cleaning ladies I met. The location was perfect just off Calle Real with the main plaza 5 mins walk away.

My bedroom was just beside the reception, which didn't feel private. It is not different from what is shown in the pictures, but their illumination makes them prettier.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Salento. Nightlife is not huge there, so it was quite calm and quiet. Staff was kind.
