We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaI struggled to use the wifi from the room. The owner explained that they were having problems with their provider. Nevertheless, it was okay for me.
The room and private bathroom were clean, I was provided hot water when I asked.

NetherlandsIt's a good budget hotel. Late checkout. Good AC. Nice cafe two blocks south, and you can walk to the bus station less than 10 minutes. Location looks worse than reality, just a bunch of motorcycle repair shops on the street. People are friendly. We felt safe.

The property is in the middle of what must be 50 different motorcycle repair shops and in the morning there are a ton ... maybe not 2000 but near to that ... motorcycles out front waiting to visit of the of the myriad of shops/mechanics nearby. Also there is an awful lot of garbage in the street in front of the property .. the area of the property is kept clean but nearby is a mess.
The Price ... Good value for the money and the place is clean.

AustraliaCold showers. Reception would ring the room at 8/8.30 am to see if we would be checking out and sent someone to the room to repair the aircon straight after when there was no request. Loud housekeepers in the corridors again early in the Morning. Cleaners walked into the room whilst we were showering, no do not disturb sign provided to hang on the door. My sleep eye mask also disappeared after the room was cleaned
