An amazing place to stay, at a good price. The staff are great, the rooms are nice, tha AC is crisp. Located near many of the best spots in Medellin. Could not be more satisfied with my choice to stay here. Some people mention noise, which I could see being a factor, but I have a room on one of the higher floors and it is not an issue for me at all. If it's a big consideration for you, consider getting one of the nicer rooms. One thing to note is that the provided toilet paper is very bad. Getting some of your own at the nearby grocery store will be a worthwhile investment, I promise you. Despite this issue, everything else is amazing and this hotel deserves a solid 5 stars.

Excellent staff and clean rooms. Great restaurant nearby the view is spectacular if you choose a room with a balcony. The location is very good and quiet at night.

When we left (we were 14 of us in 7 rooms), apparently, they did not find a plate in one of the rooms and they charged as 30 mil pesos. Now - the manager said that the owner was a stickler for such things and that he would lose his job if he did not charge for that missing plate. We paid and left, but it left a sore feeling. Why would anyone carry home a plate with them?

If I were traveling for work, it would have been nice to have a small desk and chair for working remote/attending meetings. This trip it was not a priority however.

Great service. Clean room with kitchen and all the utensils you need including a blender for making delicious juices with the local fruits!

There was a gap near the door to the balcony. So while the traffic here is not bad and the place is relatively quite, I wish the area was completely sealed off.

Super clean rooms, great internet, and super professional staff. It is away from noisy CRA 70 and yet a street away. So you get all that you want of CRA 70 - the food, bars, street food, and yet none of the noise. The main church is just across the balcony and is a spectacular sight. You can also see the cityscape from the balcony.

The only one thing that made this place not perfect for me is the noise of the clubs playing their music starting around 8 p.m. untill 3a.m ... Bcuz I'm a light sleeper this bothers me. But for people that can sleep thru outside noises then this place will be perfect.

The staff and the room was excellent, very clean and space just enough and the location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery and Metro.

Be aware that there's a church across the street and bells for Mass ring early in the morning. Like everywhere in Medellin, there is street noise, but it didn't bother us much. We had to purchase dish soap and a sponge to wash dishes in the kitchen.

This hotel was a great value. We had a very comfortable room with modern kitchen and bathroom. The location is good with a grocery store, bakery and bars nearby. The laundry facilities were especially useful at this mid-point of our trip.

The washer machine was not in the room but in a common area and had to be paid for use. The service was advertised as included as part of the room.

Everything was great! (Only comment- the kitchen needs a trash can. :) )

1. Clean and comfortable, great balcony -matches the photos. Hot water and powerful AC. 2. Great staff at the front desk- very helpful and professional! 3. Location - close to great bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to the Estadio metro. Noise was not an issue for us - ignore comments about the church bells. We stayed over a weekend and the volume and frequency of the bells didn’t bother us at all (coming from a light sleeper who likes to sleep late.)

The noise. This please really needs to invest in windows to dampen the noise from the street, and the church (especially on Sunday). The bed was good, but the sofa bed not so.

Great location close to real Medellin neighborhoods like San Joaquin, and Belen. The coffee shop in the first floor has good food and pastries.

The cupboards are empty so you will need to ask for any additional utensils.

Spacious and very clean room and location felt relatively safe. The large bed is very comfortable although the sofa bed was a little hard. You’ll need to get a cab to get to El Poblado (I wouldn’t recommend walking) but the taxis are cheap.

Staff not very hotel like. Towels smelt like stale cigarettes. We stayed 4 nights in total, the first night was extremely noisy from the street but to be fair the last 3 nights were fine.

Location was good and good value for money.
