It was possible to hear people walking and talking in the hallways of our floors as well as other floors.

The hotel staff truly stood out as the highlight of our stay – everyone was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. For this price range, it was a pleasant surprise to have parking, breakfast included, and the convenience of room service. Our room was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and toiletries available for purchase. While we didn’t use them, they would certainly be handy if needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and an incredible value for the price.

It really wasn't on the hotel, but there were people somewhere in the hotel talking loud at some point of the night, but I believe the management took care of it. I really don't have complaints.

Absolutely everything. The service was wonderful. The concierge helped us with our bags to the Uber to and from the hotel. Got the warmest welcome, had a choice of complimentary drinks, and of course, i had the coffee. Helped us check in and early! He carried our bags up to the room and gave us the mini tour of the room, making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with our room's arrangements. Got thorough explanations of how to use all of the hotels facilities and restaurant service. We had a most delightful and skillfully prepared lunch there. You really got to try the salmon and trout! Tried the made to order Lulo juice, which was one of my biggest fruit highlights on the trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, fit 2 without any discomfort. The bathroom/shower was fantastic. I was able to take wonderful hot showers. Breakfast service starts at 6:30a in the terrace and we were able to make it before our flight. Breakfast was delightful. Choices of food were awesome, with great table side service. And the hotel is a short smooth ride from the airport. You really can't pick a better place to stay in town that is incredibly affordable for the top-tier service you receive.

The hotel is immaculately clean, staff is very professional, breakfast was delicious and rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Also many restaurants and pubs nearby. Price was very fair.

I was expecting more from what I saw from the pictures. I would like to see pictures and realities aligned more.

This hotel was a pleasant find. My fiancé and I were in Bogota for his K-1 visa interview. We were there for 10+ days and selected this hotel based on location and reviews. It did not disappoint! The food was so delicious and the morning breakfast which was included in our stay was by far the best breakfast food anywhere. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the service was great. The rooftop space was fun, comfortable, and the views of the city was most enjoyable.

The place is just 5 minute walk from the Agora convention centre. Breakfast serced was also good taht too in the rooftop with an amazing view of the mountains.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay after flying into bogota. It was clean, efficient and friendly and unlike some of the other reviews very quiet . There is a lovely terrace on top where you can relax and where breakfast is served. The breakfast was amazing as was the food we ordered in the restaurant. The staff were very professional. We would like to mention Joe who was so lovely . We would totally return to this very nice hotel. Thankyou everyone at Platnum Hotel
