Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongThe location doesn't look very safe for solo girl at night, but I usually came back by 6pm or took Uber if late back.
The best part is comfortable bed and soft linens, I felt like I can lying on bed all day long. I upgraded to a balcony room since the 2nd night, that has a nice bridge view. Staff cleaned all room everyday.

United StatesThe first front desk receptionist seemed annoyed to have us. She did not answer any of our questions. Also failed to mention breakfast times so the following morning when we went at 8:20 to eat she refused to serve us breakfast because although they normally serve until 8:30, she had already cleaned up. Very condescending and unhelpful. It was all too bizarre and I felt very disrespected, the second we got there she was just terrible, wouldn't help us get a cab, or with recommendations on where to go (all very routine things in my experience). This hotel would be wonderful otherwise without her.
Nice little room, fairly priced, well decorated. The hot water was also unexpected but very much appreciated. The late-night receptionist was very sweet and accommodating.

AustraliaThe hotel is way too overpriced for what it was. The area is sketchy and unsafe (mostly at night). It appeared to be a place for locals to stay at night (there were many “working ladies” in the area). The shower didn’t have a shower head. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and with plastic… The breakfast was just eggs with bread and instant coffee. On top of this we arrived earlier than the check in time so we left our bags with the receptionist. When we came back at night our bags were inside our room… but next to the window which was open!! meaning anyone could’ve grabbed our bags from inside the room. Anyway, I do not recommend this place for tourists. Not even for a night.
