Great location in El Poblado, easy to walk around to all things within ten minutes. Comfortable rooms, very clean and helpful staff. Trendy decor and great view from the rooftop. Amazing bakery downstairs with delicious pastries and breakfast.

Entering Rango Boutique Hostel left me feel in AWE!!! It is such a beautiful Hostel that I could not believe my luck. I traveled the world solo and Rango Boutique is definately the best Hostel I have stayed in!! It is very well designed and with this feels luxurious. Every room is so beautiful and cosy made. There are 2 terraces with a stunning view over Medellín and the Hostel offers Yoga classes for free in the morning and salsa classes every weeks. Inside the Hostel is a very tasty bakery so your morning start is guaranteed with good healthy food & good coffee!! :) The moment you walk into the reception area you feel so welcomed and at home. There is a cosy relax-chill area with couches to relax. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful with any question I had. I never had a hostel with such a beautiful designed and clean bathroom! I will be back!!! Thank you Rango Boutique Hostel, I give you 10 stars! :)

Lack of private bathroom and male bathrooms were subpar as compared to private women’s bathrooms. And yes I ended up using it since men’s was busy at that moment. 😅

Bathrooms were clean, we had a little problem with our shower but used a different shower in the building ao no problem. Shower drains could be cleaned more thoroughly, that’s it :)

Staff is amazing, they are super helpful & welcoming and felt very safe around! Location is amazing and probably the best you can get. Bed’s are super comfortable! Hot water to take showers, stayed in 4 person dorm, had enough space!

Our room was pretty hot ~ think we were there one of the warmest weeks of the year too so probably normally is fine :) our only window that cracked open was onto the main hallway so couldn’t keep the shades up for any airflow ~ maybe an additional fan would be helpful!

-So many instances of doorkeys not working (myself and other guests) -It was super loud at night with the bumping music from nearby clubs/restaurants. -The private room in the hostel just doesn't match up to a proper hotel room (i.e. one soap for everything...)

Some of the building’s finishes leave a bit to be desired, it comes across as an older renewed building which arguably adds to the appeal

We travelled as a couple, so weren't involved in a number of the social activities, so we can't comment on how it is to meet people here. The bar is open until midnight but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty good so it was pretty easy to ignore, and ear plugs were supplied.

This is probably the best hostel we have stayed at in our time through almost 50 countries. The facilities were great, we had laundry delivered back to our room the morning after we put it in. There was lots of information about different tours, which were all easy to book at the travel counter. The room was massive, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing. It is on the edge of El Poblado so it's only a short walk to nightlife but being a few blocks away means it's safe and quiet. I would comfortably live here!

We booked a room with a private bathroom, expecting to have a bathroom in the room itself. Instead, we got a set of keys to our private bathroom across the hall. It was a private bathroom though, no questions there. :)

The breakfast in Rango hostel was the best we've had during our entire stay in Colombia! Great options, totally worth it! The location was great too, close to plenty of restaurants in Poblado and an epic view from the rooftop bar.

What a nice hostel, more like a hotel if you choose the double room. Very nice rooftop bar. Free of charge Yoga and Salsa courses. Also free coffee and water available all the time. We had no problems with any noise at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic ‘hostel’. I saw hostel in quotations because it’s basically a hotel with dorms. You get free water and coffee, fresh towels and they make your bed every morning even in the dorm rooms! There’s a beautiful restaurant downstairs and the rooftop is lovely too. Staff are 10/10 and there are lots of options of tours. The location is excellent, only a few mins walk to Calle 10. No complaints at all I loved my stay

Everything was perfect. the kindness and availability of the employees. the rooftop bar is great. the rooms are perfect and the fact of being able to leave your luggage even after checkout is very appreciated. we recommend without hesitation
