How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We used the laundry service, and clothes were still a little wet, but from there, everything else was amazing. A/C might be an option, too, or a bigger fan, but not strictly necessary since Bogotá is cold mostly
The hotel is near to the malls , shopping facilities and restaurants, also the good night life. The room is very comfy, clean, and has everything you need. Breakfast is cool and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and courteous. It is a 100% recommended place and would definitely go back again. From there, most things are walking distance and Uber, didi and food can arrive easily, and a very secure area too

Listen, if you are a person that runs hot. Make sure that you ask for a fan. The rooms do not have AC. And this is very sometimes frustrating, but they can give you a fan. Also, the showers are a bit weird since they don't have enough pressure in the showerhead. You can hear the noise from the street. But if you're a heavy sleeper, then you're okay, well or if you take something to sleep.
The location is great, it's near restaurants and shopping malls. And it's an easy way to get there, so the location is superb. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they will try to accommodate any need that you have. It is an amazing value for the price since, again, the location is excellent.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a range of choices. Staff were polite and friendly and a special shout out to Ivan, who was really helpful and kind. Location is good - close to a big shopping area and lots of bars and restaurants.

Elevator a little uncomfortable, but no a big deal. Not all staff were friendly. It was a problem trying to arrange transportation services before arriving at the hotel. In the end we did not hire the transportation service provided by the hotel.
Very Nice and complete Breakfast, Very clean rooms, great location and you feel safe in the zone, good price, Most of the staff were very friendly. Hot water available on rooms. Nice room service. Fast check-in and check-out.

Nothing really.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great with a selection on the buffet to suit everyone. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Great location for restaurants and bars and shopping. Also felt very safe with the 24 hour security. Great location.

the restaurant is pretty expensive and lack options, some staff of the restaurant treated me as if I was asking for favors and were not very nice. The shower needs more water preassure.

As others have said, rooms are a bit on warm side (visited in January) and there is noise from nearby bars even midweek. (They like their music loud in Bogotá!) However a fan was provided, which helped a bit and although noticeable we did not find the noise level intrusive enough to prevent sleep and slept well.
Great location close to shopping centre, bars and restaurants in an area where we felt totally safe wandering around. Rooms were small but perfectly comfortable and Shower worked well. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and spoke at least some English. They were also very patient with our rudimentary Spanish. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. All in all, good value for money and I would be very happy to return here if in Bogotá in the future
