There's only one key per room. And of course I locked myself out. I'm already a native English speaker, and after the upgrade, for me to have forgotten my key in the room...I just felt like an embarrassed foreigner. The staff were great! They had to crawl through the window to get into the room and retrieve the key. I wish it was as easy of just getting another key from the front desk though!

I booked the smaller cabana with the view directly from the tub. The jets weren't working, so they upgraded me to a bigger room!

There wasn't much I didn't like other than the high humidity. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room..

It is a very beautiful, nice location. I totally recommend the jet ski rental and experience the various open water areas around the location. The supplied breakfast in the morning was perfect. It's close to the rock and also close to the city of Guatapé. Getting there via chiva was very easy. Staff was great, and they made sure that everything was perfect, answered.All questions and actually help with some transportation. I would definitely come back again

Got to do something about the mirrored windows. Birds keep constantly flying into it / fighting the mirror making alot of noise and waking up guests at 5-6 am.

There are a lot of items there you need to pay extra for, that I think they can minimize to fewer items.

Loved everything here. We had delicious lunch when we arrived and breakfast was also delicious. I loved that we could just message them in Whatsapp to order. Rooms are super clean and have everything you will need and there was a porch and terrace with a gorgeous view. The best part was the service though. The owner helped us to get anything we needed and a reliable taxi on our way to the airport.

This small resort strives for perfection both in the beauty of the facility as well as the welcoming service of the staff, no need for improvement needed.

We are delighted we discovered Sotavento Cabanas. it is a true gem of a small resort. It is set outside the town of Guatape, but an easy 10 minute ride by tuk tuk to the activity, giving you the very best of both worlds. We were in coral cabin, which was on the second floor. The view of the water with the great rock in close distance was wondrous. It seemed that all the cabins had excellent views. We had dinner there two nights, both were first rate and reasonable. Included a lovely breakfast served on your balcony, which never disappointed.

The staff is a little inattentive. For example, they didn't help us with our bags. A small thing, but still in places of this level I usually always get help carrying my bags to my room ☺️ This is a small suggestion for improvement ☺️🙏🏻

All in all, it was great. Very nice and cozy in the cabin. The jacuzzi overlooking the rock is a delight !!!! Thanks for the awesome place. ☺️🙏🏻🥰👏

everything!!!!! if you looking for a good hotel in guatape then go to this hotel. in one word amazing! location, the food, and special all the people who work there they are amazing very friendly and willing to help always! I forgot his name but the manager there special thanks to him! he made it for me and my wife a special trip!! it’s a hotel like 10 stars!

Gorgeous Property, great food, very clean and in a fabulous location. Free kayaking, boating and SUP. You can also play Pool and Games. You are able to order massages and they will organize jet skiing and water sports. Very Friendly Staff

There seemed to be only one key to the room. There was some confusion as to if there was a 50% deposit already paid. I will square this away with booking.com

In room jacuzzi was very nice. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast being served to us in the room is always nice.

Although service from the staff is great and they give you a phone number to message via WhatsApp if you need anything, we had a noise issue with the people in the cabin below us and no staff were available to help resolve. It was pretty annoying but didn't shadow the overall stay.

Absolutely beautiful cabins and the view of the Peñol was insane. Highly recommend!
