They only have one waitress to take the order at breakfast and other to deliver to the table. it is very slow. I needed an Iron to iron some shirts for a business meeting, they never delivered it.

The beach-view rooms are incredible loud because of the highway and the planes that takes off. The hotel is located really close to the airport strip

Location and facilities where great. Staff also very helpful with my family and specially friendly with my daughter. The restaurant has good food, but closes too early at 8pm

I was accused from the manager from the housekeeping and the housekeeping of taking extra towels in front of my partner. Even though we explain that we just had one set of towels during the beginning of our stay. After the verification the staff apologized but they ruined they beginning of that day. We brought it up to the clerk to speak to the manager until this day still waiting for the manager.

After checking out, I was allowed to continue enjoying the common areas of the hotel such as the pool and the restaurant. Inside the room, a stylist was allowed to enter since my wife was combed and made up for our wedding.

Rude staff. Not friendly at all and doesn't speak English. Looted money claiming some terms while it's not mentioned anywhere and taking advantage to cheat people

Ghetto-style hotel that is nowhere near 3-star rating. Neither is it in front of the beach as they say ("frente al mar"). I had a spectacular parking lot/ghetto house view from my room. Also, they allow other guests to throw parties and blast music without limits. I had to spend the entire night listening to loud music and drunk people screaming until 6 am. The room air conditioning is very weak and turns off when you leave the room, so it can never cool during the day. The shampoo they provided is so cheap that I regretted washing my hair with it. The "queen" bed is just 2 different beds placed side by side, of course each bed had a mattress of different firmness. Before check-in, someone asked me my arrival time, and I wrote 2 pm. Of course, when I got there, they said check-in started at 3 pm. At check out, we couldn't leave until they "revised" the room even though there is no TV and no minibar. Stay away from this ghetto hotel.

Not sure about the other rooms, but we got the Junior Suite, the bathtub had a leak that ended flooding the bathroom. Although the shower and rest of amenities worked perfectly fine. Now, the junior suites seemed to be facing the street and the sea view. The view was breathtaking but had a huge disadvantage, the noise from the cars in the runway was almost unbearable at night, we had terrible sleepless nights, then, at some point in the early mornings airplanes would land into the nearby airport and had us waking up like something was about to crash landing.

The staff was friendly. A couple of them are not as smiley but never rude though. We enjoyed the location since it was close to the beach, and that they let us use the hotel's swimming pool and common areas even after the checkout. The place was very clean, the cleaning team does an amazing job.

Almost new property, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, rain style showers, great view of roads and sea.

Excellent option in an almost new property, very convenient located, no noise even it's close to main road and airport, good food, great included breakfast, security, amenities in great condition, walking distance to a supermarket to extend the food and needs options.
