Love the decor and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time.

Staff was very friendly and helped with anything I needed. Super clean and felt very safe traveling alone as a woman.

The Click Clack Medellin is boutique meets luxury. The property is wonderful with open air concept and 4 separate restaurant/bar spaces. The community spaces/bars were fantastic. Naufrago rooftop views are stunning and the cocktails fantastic. The rooms were very modern and unique. We had an XL. Overall great place and I'd stay again.

Cons: Lighting in rooms waaaaaay too dark. Kinda depressing at times. No bench space in the bathroom area (we got the 2XL room which was big but badly laid out. No need for a bath in middle of lounge. Make the bathroom space more useful instead) Not enough wardrobe space for hanging or suitcases No exhaust in toilet 😬 Bedside tables strange bucket type which barely held anything I really loved so much of this hotel but I feel like it was designed by a man 🫢 If the owners want advice on how to make it so much more functional, pm me ;) If I stayed here again I’d choose a smaller better laid out room (research which have better bench space and storage )with natural light and a balcony (we saw a few had them)

Just stunning! The central courtyard is so lush with plants, the vibes are immaculate! Our room got upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was super comfortable, the pillow selection catered to everyone, and we even got a “better night’s sleep” kit which was a deluxe touch. Loved this hotel!

I booked a room at Click Clack on a whim because I saw that it had great ratings but wasn't sure what to expect. I love that it's an entire hospitality compound. It rained every day we were in Medellin and it was great to be able to spend a bunch of time at the hotel exploring all the restaurants and bars while it was soggy outside. The rooftop bar is stunning and the staff was so lovely. One of my favorite hotels ever.

My new home away from home in Medellin. Sophisticated, In style, so much attention to every details . The staff is incredible. The location is perfect in the heart of El Poblado. Design and Architecture is to die for. 5 restaurants and 2 rooftops with the best views of Medellin. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Get rid of the ‘ambient’ music in the hallways

The reception was excellent. Ahmet went out of his way to accommodate me and provided an upgrade room as I was previously a guest. He went above and beyond normal duties and I felt like family, not a guest.

We arrived at around 1pm and were told that the room is not ready and then were offered to pay for early check in, I find it quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. It is not like we arrived at 8 in the morning, but asking customer to pay for early check in when it is only two hours before actual check in I find it wrong.

The property is gorgeous! Our room with a beautiful bathtub was fantastic! So many cute details and the design is in incredible!

We had to check out very early 5am and there was only one member of staff on hand and multiple people wanting to check out - probably due to the same flight. The hotel coped - but maybe should have more staff on hand under these circumstances.

The Click Clack Hotel was beautiful. We were welcomed with a refreshing fresh juice. The room had every little special touch including a steamer for clothing. They had gone out of their way to make it extra special as it was significant birthday. Eating breakfast outside was a treat.

The Click Clack is a stunningly beautiful hotel, strategically located in the middle of the busiest places in Medellin. Its decoration is incredible, mixing a modern industrial type style with nature, plants, and other very tasteful details. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by super friendly, attentive staff that is clearly proud to be a part of it. The rooms are very beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is amazingly good, offering a variety of delicious plates plus buffet, hot and cold drinks. The restaurants in the hotel are also incredible, offering delicious food and cocktails. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying again when back in Medellin. If you’re on the fence, don’t think about it anymore, and treat yourself to a stay. You won’t regret it at all
