How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

the breakfast is really mediocre, is not a buffet at all and 5 of the "10 menu dishes" are eggs in different presentations (omelette, scramble, plain,...). also, the room is very very small. it looks like a ibis budget with price of a high expensive hilton
the location is really good and the room is nice (but very small)

Lovely designed rooms with great easter eggs. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb. Would stay here again with no doubt.

It not only met my expectations, it constantly exceeded them in charming ways, e.g. a free mini bar, adorable decor, excellent room service, a cool rooftop bar, and an insanely good complimentary breakfast

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome. The location was fantastic, it was easy to get to restaurants and other places of interest. I must also add that the breakfast was excellent!

The 9th floor bedroom was below the bar. lots of noise. Room was cold
quick check in, food was available until 12 pm as I had arrived late. Location is within walking disatance to everything

Such a cool hotel in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops close by. restaurant had really good food and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

A glitch in the wiring of the room caused my flat iron to burn.

I think the rooms are a bit small for the price. Not to say they were bad rooms, the size is just small. To the point where the bed is against a wall so people might find it uncomfortable to stand up at night. But everything else was quite great.
The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. It is nicely located a few steps off the Parque de la 93 and a short uber drive from other popular spots. The included breakfast was very good.

The rooms are very comfortable but are quite small - it would be a tight squeeze with more than one person. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly but some had limited English which made ordering a bit challenging.
Very clean, comfortable and quirky, we had an incredible stay at Click Clack! The beds are incredibly comfortable (with bonus pillow menu) and the rooms have everything you could possible need.

Lighting is a bit too dark at least in the room i got and breakfast options were a bit limited for vegans.

Nothing to dislike at ClickClack Hotel.
The room was comfortable and clean. Stuff and service were amazing. Lots of choice for breakfast. The restaurant offers delicious meals.

too many weird sexually explicit jokes/quotes all over the room. 1 or 2 is quirky but the sheer number of them made it kind of creepy and weird.
rooms had a good layout and the breakfast was amazing. rooftop bar was fun with great food and drinks. front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

No phones in the room forces you to use the app. Had a class after checkout time 12 to 1. asked for a late checkout, or a quiet meeting room for my class and the manager was unable to help. Had to go to a near by coffee shop to sit down, since the hotel had rented out their restaurant spaces. Truly bad way to end a good trip.
