zero - all excellent

Not a bad word to say about this hotel, we stayed in 408 and absolutely loved our stay. It’s very clean, the staff are super helpful, the breakfast / food was excellent and the bed really comfortable. The location is fantastic - in the best part of the city in my opinion, really nice to walk around and right next to super restaurants / cafes / bars (but we couldn’t hear noise at night). Wi-Fi was excellent too for anyone that’s interested! This is a very bold statement, but as someone who always comments on shower strength in reviews because it’s so so key for me, I genuinely think this was the best hotel shower I have ever been to - it was incredibly strong for a rain shower and the shower products smelt like I was in a spa - I didn’t want to get out! Would absolutely love to come and stay again next time in Bogota.

Room was ok but normal water needs to be payed… and the bed was not that comfy, pillows were tough. Breakfast was super slowly and the order was wrong

the room is too small, the room service is trouble is super difficult to Comunicate with the phone system. the noise in the room is terible, specially in the morning. with the cleaning pleople talking in the halls.

The room is very small, and the bathroom as well. My room had an open window that I asked to close but nobody did it until a housekeeper (very kind) helped me to do it. The first two nights I was very cold.

The hotel vibe is cool, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very good located and very kind staff.

The entire experience from correspondence prior to arriving right through to check out Efficient and friendly staff Helpful and attentive Apache bar makes some great cocktails..great place to have a drink and chill out The breakfast crew rocks and made delicious food and great service all around

This hotel was adorable and located in a beautiful part of Bogota, near Parque 93, with lots of nice places to eat nearby. The included breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel itself is really fun and it has a lot of great amenities. The mechanized blinds and black out curtains in the room were everything I didn't know I wanted in a hotel room. The location of the hotel was great (lots of great restaurants and bars around Parque 93), and the staff were always really helpful.

Evrthing was great maybe a ironing board in the room just a suggestion I need to iron my cloths and they brought a iron and ironing board in less than 5 minutes Rally impressed.fan

I am from the USA everyone was very helpful I was going to take a yellow cab the staff suggested let them help me with a better driving experience and safer they went out of the way to make sure sense it was my first time to Bogota that I was able to move around the city safely. I had a driver for 8 hours the charge was 60 $US dollars great value! all the drivers speak some English and they all are dressed in suites I had a private driver in in Las Angles and spent $400 us dollar for 8 hours I Really appreciated the staff for looking out for me I will stay at this hotel on my next vist the price for the room is also a great value! I really nice place to stay.

We were not able to get into a room any earlier than the check in time. The hotel was a little far from the city center and walking to get there was quite long.

The hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and minimal. The decor was very cool and the rooms were fabulous. Even though the room was small, the use of space was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and we could order an additional hot meal like scrambled eggs and toast or pancakes. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could keep our bags there until check-in.

I would have liked to have more hangers in my room.

The hotel has a cool design, there are lots of small details that tell you a lot of thought went into the design of the hotel. The shower is really nice, and the refillable soap/shampoo is the way to go for single-use plastic reduction. There were free drinks and chips in the fridge on your first day. The staff was very friendly. They have a rooftop bar that is very much worth checking out.

The music in the rooftop bar is easy to hear (my room was two floors down). Luckily, the earplugs provided with the room did an amazing job, otherwise falling asleep could have been tricky

Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are small but intelligently designed, with big windows, sufficient storage space, great shower, free minibar content. Love the rooftop bar!
