Positive section of review
The apartment was very spacious, well laid out with a large shower room, kitchenette, TV, sofa, dining table & a balcony with table & chairs. It's also very close to the beach with many clothes shops & restaurants along the main strip. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind & considerate. They always treated me with the up most respect. I wish you all the best & if I ever return to Alanya, I'll definitely be back.

Location is very good. Metro station is 200-300 meters. No noise! We liked the facilities provided by the hotel. Comfort and cleanliness are Okay!👍 Newly renovated and new furniture. Breakfast service was good. All were effectify for satisfact and we had a good experience in Pera Vista. So Value money!Worth to advice!

I liked the room very good for the money with a very nice view of Istanbul. Staff were very helpful and kind helping when we asked going above and beyond to keep our room clean also. Nice location if you don’t have a car because loads of shops around with bakery’s, restaurants and a pharmacy.

The swimming pool was very cold when me and my partner tried to swim. This was also our main reason for booking this hotel which was kind of sad. Also parking was horrible no space to park we had to park on the sidewalk.
