Everything was great.

It's a very nice boutique hotel, great value for money. The staff is really nice, and you can get help with anything you need. The room is spacious and lovely!

From even before checking in, with the exchange of messages where my questions were promptly addressed, I felt choosing this hotel would be a wise decision...and it was. Not only is it located in the middle of everything, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, but Francesca was so helpful, friendly and quick to recommend great places to visit... Hands down, this hotel is a place one will want to come back to...

Only 1/6 outlets worked. There were several cockroaches in the room. There was construction going on, so it was noisy all day.

Location is great. Free parking. The pool is great. Staff is amazing.

It wasn't very clean, and the room was dark and not pretty. The pictures looked nicer online and the pool was cloudy.

The garden was beautiful and location was great, right near some nice beaches and bars.

No complaints at all. The place was only a short walk (50m or so) to the beach, and just enough out of the way to not really notice foot traffic. So very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the surfers: On bigger surf days there was a little break right out the front, with a 20-minute walk around the bay to the main surf beaches. The cafe across the road was one of the better ones I found for an after-surf coffee hit - so the facilities and those around it were pretty spot on.

We had very loud construction ALL DAY everyday and 1/2 day on Saturday. Some of that was adjacent property but most of it appeared to be Dreamcatcher expansion behind a gate off the parking lot. We were out and about most days but when we got back in the afternoon to relax before dinner, the non stop chainsawing, concrete sawing, and other equipment was very grating. There’s also a lot of road noise starting at 6am daily. The ramps and paths throughout the complex are slippery when wet and it rained every day.

We enjoyed our large outdoor terrace. With the overhead fans we were able to sit outside in the evenings without being too hot or buggy. The pool was nice to cool off.

The WiFi wasn’t great, but honestly with all the things you can do and the possibility of just having a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach, there’s really not that much of an urgent need for WiFi.

The location is great it’s close to some of the best restaurants around with lots of different cuisine options, the greenery all around the property and at the pool was really refreshing. Beds were comfortable, super close to the beach and free onsite parking. Also the included breakfast was delicious. Note that they don’t serve breakfast at the property, so you have to go to one of two restaurants nearby, I personally loved Banana Beach Club which is pretty much “next door” walking down the beach.

There was one member of staff who was amazing and one who wasn’t. One was just a little bit rude and when you’ve travelled for 6 hours to get somewhere it’s not what you need. The other lady at reception was completely charming though!

We ordered a private room but had to share the kitchen (that we dind't need). It didn't feel safe to share, since we had all our stuff there. The woman that "helped" us during the day was super rude.

Great hotel, large comfy room, two large beds, ground floor next to pool area. Secure free parking Hotel located in town walking distance to shops, restaurants bars etc. Only a few metres to the beach. Very pleasant helpful staff.
