Perfect location: a lot of green around the hotel, not far away from Cocles beach which we enjoyed the most comparing to others around (~20 minutes if you want to walk), there are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was tasty with multiple options to select from.

The room smells bad, it was informed and they tried to fix it but I think is a residual water problem The person in reception wasn’t as warm as I expected, there are 2 dogs that came out barking and she didn’t even move from her chair to calm down the dogs

It was sometimes difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. The beds wete not really clean.

It was in the middle of the jungle. The breakfast was really good, american pankaces. A nice swimmingpool and good facilities to cook by jourself.

The location is perfect because you are just a bit away from mainstreet. We could easily wak everywhere. The room needs a bit of love here and there. Some things dont work and needs some repairs. The staff was very nice. The shared kitchen was really good

The property was in a perfect central location, on a quiet street. The pool was lovely, and a wonderful addition. The breakfast area had a lot of green and beautiful trees around it, including Cacao. The people who worked there from the manager, to the breakfast repairs, were absolutely wonderful and lovely. And the price couldn’t be beat. The room was comfortable enough, and clean, though slightly on the older side.  Parking was excellent, in front of the room. And, they had an accessible room with a ramp. Felt cared for.

Lots of different irritating smells, they do clean hostel with fragrance which wasn’t pleasant, also bathroom is outdated a little and didn’t smell good either. Sheets had some holes and curtain holder was pretty much falling on the head. Shared kitchen was not so well equipped and made cooking difficult.

Calm surroundings, relaxing and refreshing pool, great breakfast, very filling! AC was a treat after a hot day! Bed was comfortable and good size room.

No coffee cups in the shared kitchen. The cool sheets constantly came off the mattress in our king size bed.

The space was good, quiet and in the jungle. Owners and staff were very friendly. Several miles from food places but the tuk tuk's were plentiful and easy to respond and very affordable. The water was very hot. A very good value!

On the Bambutel listing on this app, the bikes are listed as being free. However, we had to rent them for $10 a day per bike. That needs to be updated since it's misleading. The room itself had the things we needed, but when it rained, the roof leaked. the room smelled of mildew and mold strongly, sometimes to the point of it almost smelling like a zoo. It's possible that something is living in the gutters or ceiling. In short, the rooms need a little repair, and the website needs updating.

Everyone was very friendly and even helped us get a 5AM taxi. The breakfast was very delicious and it was nice having the bikes available right on the premise for renting. The beach was so close. The pool was nice too and it was so refreshing to swim in it in the evening. The AC worked well, and it was nice having a warm shower after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft.

The room was full of insects and we got attacked by mosquitos. The windows were tinted so prevented natural light. One window faced another window.

We saw a Sloth, a Toucan and Iguanas on the hotel grounds. The breakfast was really nice with good options. There's a supermarket 10mins walk away. The hotel feels like its in a jungle. Cocles beach is a 15 minute walk away. Good size room with powerful air con and a fan. The hosts couldn't speak English but it made communication fun.

WiFi wasn't great in our rooms. Toilets didn't always flush properly. Room could've been cleaner

They could do more with the restaurant. Included breakfast is very basic, if you want anything extra you have to pay extra. And with this space you could also offer nice lunch or dinner, but they don't have that.

Nice spacious rooms and it's very pretty outside. You're surrounded with nature! The pool is small but very relaxed. Warm showers as well.

The bed had ants in it and the pillow was mouldy. The breakfast was awful. Pancakes like leather and a thimble of bacon

You just get ONE piece of bread for breakfast (if you want more you have to pay additionally). Our bed was really big but not that comfortable, and the room kinda smelled weird. As big as the room was there was no surface to eat from like a table of some kind.
