bare necessities and by that I mean 2 body towels and no hand towels and no washcloth. bed hard as a rock. yeah, super firm. the pillows are nice and fluffy though. they also had a bunch of odd information about coming and going as it relates to entry into the building that I’ve never encountered before but very helpful had I been out past 11. it is kind of loud on the streets cars nonstop. i swear that bathroom sink only runs cold water so you sensitive teeth peeps be aware.

it is very cute quaint simple , with the bare necessities but had some unique features like the bamboo roof in the bada room. it also has beautiful views of the mountains and stadium. the staff here is exceptional and very friendly and helpful and the food was simply amazing. it’s really quiet too on the inside. i love all the windows and the views. the bada room has a clothes rack with hangers which is really thoughtful.

The room was adequate, and was about how I would expect for the price. I did notice what appeared to be mold in a corner of the ceiling, but the rest of the room was very clean.

The location is great- I always try to stay near the Sabana. The hotel was accommodating to store our stuff for us before the room was ready, and was able to get us in earlier than planned. The room is clean and and simple, fine for a quick stay. We did not get to take advantage of the included breakfast as we had an early leave time.

The small bathroom does not have a hanger for towels or a shelf for toiletries and the water is only luke warm at best. The busy highway is noisy all day and night until about 2am-4am.

I have stayed here twice as a landing spot after a flight. It is right across the street from a very large beautiful park with many walking trails and playing fields and an easy walk to the Art Museum and just down the road from the many other museums. I appreciate the restaurant on site which serves Japanese and Korean dinners and a very nice complimentary typical breakfast. The room is basic with few amenities, but clean and good for the price.

It is a strange place. It is above a restaurant, and the only entrance/exit is through the restaurant door. They lock the restaurant door when the restaurant is closed at nighttime. That means if you are looking to exit the building, you have to ring a bell for someone to come disarm an alarm and unlock the door. This was super awkward doing this at 3am when we had to leave to get a taxi for the airport, and this wasn't communicated to us at all. I'm not sure how you get in if you are trying to enter the hotel after the door is locked. Our room was right next to the stairwell and it was very loud. There is a creaky door that is opened and closed by other guests going up the stairs located right outside the front of the bed.

It is located right across the street from La Sabana Park and is in a very walkable area. When we ordered food from the restaurant below us, they delivered our food to our room.

No elevator can wear you out to get to second floor. No direct access from the parking to the interior of hotel. Expect to wait a while for your dinner, though it was delicious!

Breakfast with no limit and very nice variety was great! Lots of windows gave awesome view from the second floor room. Delicious Asian food on the first floor was available for Dinner! It was clean, room smelled fresh. Inside is much better then the outside appearance.

Being locked in, there was no way in or out without the assistance of one of the staff. They keep the door locked, except for when their restaurant is open in the evenings. You have to request them to open the door and that requires them to come to the door and unlock it with a key. A very unsafe and dated system. Very noisy room overlooking the Av. de las Americas, a lot of traffic noise. The room is not soundproof at all.

Very basic room. Bed comfortable enough but access only from one side as pushed against a wall. No bedside table on one side. Water flow from tap very weak. Nowhere to put anything in bathroom.
