We had trouble finding the property, the sign is set back from the road. The property is located across the road from the Dream Lodge sign.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Although the property does not have air conditioning, it was very comfortable to sleep. We opened the windows during the day and closed them for the evening, and the temperature was very comfortable. At check in, the owner gave us a great tip to hike El Tigre- amazing!

Great property maybe put hairdryers in rooms?!

This is such a warm and welcoming place to stay. Has a lovely little pool and washing and cooking facilities. Is set in lovely gardens! The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. The staff are exceptional!… so friendly and helpful.. really made the stay! Breakfast was simple and delicious… great coffee!!.. and the restaurant serves great food and drinks!

Solo bueno

Brand new apartment in the back of a family plot with other homes. The unit was brand new and very clean. Big spacious windows, you do not need an air conditioner, enjoy the fresh air with screens to protect insects. Bed and bathrooms were nice and lots of restaurants and a market within walking distance. Didn’t drive once after we parked and checked in. The owner Paulo was great and met us at the front and gave us a welcome tour! We felt right at home and welcomed.

The property is located on a quiet side street. The apartment is spacious and we were able to watch some animals directly from the room. The host is very friendly and gave us great recommendations for our short stay.

The location is amazing. It’s nearby all attractions. It’s very easy to find and the host is very kind and responsive. I would recommend. We stayed there with our two kids (7 & 9) and they loved it! The kitchen, although very minimal was convenient.

Lot of spiders in the appartment, if you are not into insects be careful. The apartment is a bit far from the center.

There are no screens on the windows.

Lots of space and in a great location! Full kitchen. The best part is all the wildlife! Monkeys came through every day off our stay seen from (and even on!) the balcony. The staff was very helpful.

Short walk one way to a very useful shop, short walk the other way to a lovely nature reserve. Forest 3 feet from the balcony - loved it.

Moon forest is in a beautiful location and really good value for money .We saw so many amazing birds and wildlife from the balcony including coatis and agoutis. It right near the butterfly gardens and a good base to explore the cloud forests.

We had a first floor apartment with balcony and seats which was nice. Only downside is that my wife would have liked more of a view as the balcony backed directly onto to forest, although that was good for bird spotting.

Well positioned on edge of town so nice and quiet. Property well appointed with kitchen, dining and seating area as well as bedrooms and comfortable beds. Easy walk to a few restaurant / bars and store and a bit further down the road there is a private eco park which had we found out sooner we would have tried.

We couldn't fault the place

Paulo was a responsive host who gave us great location instructions and met us in person at check-in. The apartment exceeded our expectation in terms of size, cleanliness and facilities. It was wonderfully decorated and well equipped and in a very private location. We had wonderful sunset views as well as spotting some great birds, bats and Agouti.

Only thing is the walls are not very soundproof so might become an issue if you’re a light sleeper, but other than that everything was good!
