Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI would recommend that you do not arrive before 3pm check in time, since it’s not like a hotel, where you can drop your bags and ‘hang’ in the lobby. With so much humidity, it was difficult to dry bath towels, etc. so recommend proving more than was available, or provide access to a Dryer.
The container home was very clean, and adequate for a short vacation. Location was ok once you can walk to obtain services (small food market, Azul hotel & Tours). We did not have a car but ordered Tuk Tuks which were cheap and reliable and quite a fun experience. Suggest to come prepared to manage bugs, since it’s not enclosed entirely, and those citronella candles are efficient and available at the small market by Azul hotel.

CanadaThe proximity to the other unit and the 3 guys working on the property both days we were there. One of the best features was sliding that door open to enjoy the forest from bed. We couldn’t do that because of the workers right out front. It was very disappointing. Also, if you have mosquito netting, make sure it fits without big gaps otherwise it’s totally ineffective.

Costa RicaBeautiful nature around, and very special design. Big and comfortable bed. We saw toucans, cows, and lots of birds around. The pool was nice to stay in on the hot hours, and the walk to the beach and supermarket was easy. We rented bikes so going into town was easy as well. we recommend it since it is a bit far walking into town, but definitely worth it. Host was nice and always attentive.
