Place is run down and need upkeep. It smells. Rooms are very small. Paper thin walls so you hear everything. On top of that loud music at night and than roosters in the neighbors backyard starting at 2pm. So impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth that price.

The tiny room and saggy mattress was a huge disappointment. For the high price of the room, I expected better sleeping conditions than an ancient, worn out hostel. I moved down the street to a hotel with a room three times the size for less than half the price. Aside from the restaurant, this place is worn out and over priced.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant, pool and pool table were great. It was a little noisey during the day, but promptly quieted down before 10pm. The AC worked great, shower was hot and the facilities and room were clean.

Small rooms, no space for accommodation of personal stuff. Much noise sounding through the building/music. Music event in the restaurant. Did not come at the right time for me.

Rooms were TINY. Our group paid mostly the same prices but two couples were upgraded to much bigger rooms for free. Our room was so small, there was no space to use a laptop to work, the bed was against the wall and the TV in a place you can't watch it comfortably.

Noisy! The music in bar area sounded like it was in our room #25... shut down at 10:00 so not bad. But voices of guests and workers in halls was also loud later into night. We were in front hall location. Mold?? Wasn't the cleanest room and the place is older. But there was something in the room... maybe the AC that took my allergies to a blow up level!

I picked the Palms for its proximity to the beach where we had hired a boat for the day. Close to the beach and a 1 block walk to town stores and restaurants. It is next to a park and street that felt dark and sketchy at night. When we were there, the whole town lost power, BUT Palms had a generator, so we were lucky and the restaurant could feed us! Restaurant food was great. Pool was nice and pretty. Bed was comfy. Room was spacious. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful AT ALL. The screen on sliding glass door out to porch was torn open, screen was broke in bathroom. Only a half roll of TP.

Helpful Friendly staff. Enjoyed the theme nights. Restaurant served excellent food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Pool was big and wonderful so refreshing temperature perfect and so clean.

Proximity to town and friendly staff

The room was awful, the door didn't fit properly so there were gaps at the top and bottom. This meant we could hear everything from the kitchen so was woken nice and early when they started breakfast. Stains on sheets. Mattresses had both seen better days. Fortunately we were only there for one night, we definitely wouldn't have stayed longer.

The breakfast was good and a great location. The pool looked nice as well - although limited seating around it.

They charged me twice for my stay. Once when I booked on Booking and they again when I arrived. They told me the first one would be reimbursed, but that was 2 months ago. They are ignoring all my messages now
