Studio apartment has no windows which can be disturbing if one stays longer. For a day / night to explore the city it does not matter.

Dona Fernanda is a great host, with lots of great recommendations in the island of Santiago, she also organised us all the travels from the port and to the airport. The apartment is clean, neat, tidy, great bed, has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Praia, is also quite central, right in the Plateau, the main neighbourhood in the city.

We appreciated the friendly communication with Fernanda and Gian Franko. It turned out that he could talk a little bit of German. They reacted promptly, when we needed anything. Eg a taxi from the airport or a new battery for the AC. The apartment was very good equipped, one could cook meals. It was near the center and a perfect starting point for all our trips. Everything worked well. Thank you Fernanda and Gian Franko for two safe and welcomed days in your Appartement.

We had easy communication with the host Fernanda and were warmly welcomed by her husband. We enjoyed the very central location in a more quiet street, within walking distance of most sights, restaurants and cafés The accommodation is comfy, spacious and well equipped. Be aware there is not a real window but enough light coming from the glass above the door and above the shower

Fernanda and Gian-Franco were amazing hosts, always available and kind. The location is perfect, right behind the Presidential palace and nearby shops and restaurants, which definitely made the area feel much safer throughout the day and night. The ground floor apartment was spacious.

The flat was soooo well equipped. The kitchen had literally everything in it! And there is a washing machine, iron and board,… you name it! We also liked the decor, it felt really homely eventhough we only stayed for one night. Fernanda wasn’t around when we were but had told us so beforehand and her husband was suuuper nice, accommodating, friendly and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage until we took the ferry in the afternoon which was so helpful! The flat was also spotlessly clean. All in all, absolutely recommend staying!

Only one small thing - I like a hot hot shower however the shower got warm, yet this is more than understandable.

Warm welcome from the proprietors, the studio was very clean, fresh towels, air con, and really nice room. I think one of the best in Santiago island - if not the best for cleanliness, comfort and facilities.

Great place in Plateau. A little on the expensive side but full of comforts. Perfect from hiding from the rain on our last day in Capo Verde!

Location was very central. Hostess Fernanda wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. Air conditioning in main bedroom was most welcome.The second bedroom more suitable for children.

Lovely flat in a superb location. Easy access to the plateau district, which has many of the best attractions and restaurants of Praia. Amazing host, very accommodating and going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The apartment was in excellent condition and fully equipped for our stay.
