There have not been many downsides actually. The only thing I can bring up would be that it is recommended to use a car on the island. Public transport is not very reliable. But for the hotel, a beautiful boutique hotel!

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Willemstad in a brand new building. Good cleaning service and fast and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view and going out of the city is easy by public transport or with your parked car at the free parking lot in front.

Its difficult to be negative about anything here since I enjoyed it a lot, but I recon that some people might feel disturbed by the buzz from the roof top terrace on some days.

Great atmosphere, great location with many bars and resturants nearby. Comfortable bed, Netflix available in the room, amazing roof top terrace with a pool. Great service from the staff there, enjoyed several nights there with a nice breeze, that made it very comfortable.

The central location in Punda, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The bed and bathroom were pleasantly comfortable, 3 restaurants in the house, a rooftop with magnificant views of the city and sea, an infinity pool and the courtyard. Elements Hotel has a special vibe to it, one of great hospitality, welcoming ambiance, relax and easy, just to bring you in the right gear to enjoy your stay to the fullest! The owner and his staff form a team of wonderful people with the right skills and mindset, working from the heart! Chapeau!

The matras was a little soft, but that regards personal preference. I am sure if I would have mentioned it the staff would have tried to accommodate me. And I could hear my neighbors conversation quite clearly.

The location is very central, no need even for a car. The rooms where very clean. It is the ideal hotel for the modern fast paced lifestyle. Everything in proximity and ease and efficiency while being comfortable is the motto.

The bathroom door does not lock. There is no private parking place. Guests have to find a public parking place on the street (could be difficult sometimes).

The finishing touches were sloppy (for instance the edges of the carpeting in the hallways) Electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working. Air conditioning did not cool sufficiently (lowest temperature reached was 22 C) The mattress was too soft and lumpy.

Limited opening time of the pool, no internet connection, smart TV's with no internet to function. Property is new but still looks like finishing touches were still pending.

Location was perfect, clean and recently opened hotel, has on property restaurants and a nice roof top area.

The hotel is still under construction so I guess the there are still some lil quirks to work out but no major issues at all. The pool is amazing but closes at 6pm because it’s on the roof and so is one of the main restaurants so they don’t want guest to be splashing and walking around in swim suits while other guests are eating etc.

This hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of town. The staff and rooms are great.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the bed was super comfortable, everything was generally clean and the location was perfect. The owner himself was very accessible, willing to help and friendly.

No umbrellas at the pool!! That’s a no no no go. We had our room in the 3rd floor, so we heard every chair and table move on the rooftop bar & restaurant.
