The cleaning/housekeeping is very good. I observed a number of changeovers and was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the cleaning undertaken between guest stays.

Both the swimming pools at the beach club and at the resort were dirty and not clean. The water was also too warm. The housekeeping didn’t clean the kitchen and the shower gel etc. were not replaced when finished. When arriving at the resort you receive beach towels. The reception told us you could give them to reception anytime and you would get fresh new towels. Unfortunately there were often no towels left and they would give you a cards so you can come back later and redeem the towels with the card. That is of no use if you want to go to the beach.

The location and the setup were both great. The furniture in the house was really nice. We also really liked the location with the nearby beach and good restaurants.

The swimmingpool is nice bit the water was not clean. Throughout the years we saw this part of the resort degrade. For us it was not a problem because the beaches are nearby (150 m walk).

The Papagayo Resort villa’s (140m2) are a perfect place for a family of four. The possibility to open all living room doors to include the verranda around the house is marvelous. If you have a seaview location you can enjoy the great view to the Jan Thiel area and the surrounding waters. They clean the villa every day with new towels and bed make up.

We have cockroaches in the house and busy two hours to remove them. That feels very dirty.

nothing really jumps out, it was a great experience and what I had expected. Facilities are near by e.g a local supermarket just be warned food is expensive their so diving to a local supermarket such as LunaPark will save a few $.

the location is great and you also get access to the health club, local swimming pool, beach and parking. The staff are so nice and everything is well maintained. I recommend renting a car to see the best parts of Curacao

external gym was awful- not nice staff - and we could not bring in teenager kid to gym together. not 2022 spirit but rather 1958. too long distance to pool area with kids.

Great resort with spacious villas, close to the best beaches of Curacao, walk across the street to Papagayo hotel for pool, bars and restaurants. Excellent service from staff that went the extra mile to accommodate special requests from our family

Bed and interior furniture uncomfortable. checked in after 4 and room was not ready and front desk was not empathetic or apologetic. not as a walkable as i’d hoped

One TV, bathroom dated, bathroom window wooden shutter broken, flying bugs especially ( mosquitoes) entering the bathroom and sitting areas due to wooden shutters covering entire living room kitchen and dining area. Requring lots of DEET if you stay in the Villa. There are no shelves in shower to hold products or grab bars.

There was a very steep hill to walk every time I returned to the resort (bit it was worth walking.) The villa had no a/c in the living area and the fan I had did not circulate. They did give me another fan so I had two which was a plus. The bedrooms did, however, have a/c and it ran ice cold.

The staff was friendly. It was in a great location. There was a bus that stopped across the street from the resort that took you to Punda, the picturesque town for a dollar and change. There was a kitch and a supermarket on the grounds to fill it. The Beach Club was also very nice. It was great for families and couples alike.

There is no cleaning service at accommodation. I had to sweep the floor right at arrival as it was filthy dirty. No replenishment of coffee and sugar packets. No replenishment of soap, shampoo and body lotion, you need to request at the reception every day. Pool area behind reception deserves better cleaning.

Location is perfect. The Beach Club is awesome with a great vacation atmosphere. Staff at reception, beach club and gate are very nice.
