Soundproofing in rooms is poor, in hindsight should have requested a high up room, as a lie in was impossible with loud neighbours above. Building work next door, although the other hotel guests had already woken us up at that point….

Amazing location! The views from bar and restaurant incredible. Good selection of decent food. Cat with kittens well cared for, unlike other hotels.

This was my 2nd stay in Cyprus. Paphos offered more than I expected. Hotel is situated close to the airport, so half an hour from landing you can be enjoying a breathtaking view from a pool bar. We arrived early in a morning, but from the moment we stepped in the hotel we could use all the facilities (mid-morning snack, drinks, pool, etc.) Hotel offers a great variety of food, fresh salads, fruit, and much more! The aquapark was great as well - different slides, no queues, nice staff. I will be definitely returning to this particular hotel. About 10 minutes drive from a hotel, you can visit Coral Bay beach which is not too crowded and as nice as beaches in Protaras or Ayia Napa.

They didn’t have pool towels ready in the morning so we had to wait approximately an hour and a half for them.

They upgraded our room from a land view to a sea view with private pool. Moreover food was excellent and the people kind.

Great facilities with a well-equipped gym. Food was varied and there was a good range of options. Staff dealt well with busy periods and were generally excellent. Location is right by the sea with a walkway along the coast. We enjoyed the free access to waterpark. Drinks were above the average for this type of location. Would definitely return.

Breakfast was so disorganised and no clean glasses or cups all service. Drinks station was a total mess with drinks spilled everywhere. Absolute disgrace .

Lovely grounds. Good all inclusive drinks. Nice swim up room but inside of room needs quite a lot of renovation. Carpet on ground floor corridor disgraceful and looks appalling.

The rooms require an upgrade and although they are clean and tidy, it certainly isn’t 5* accommodation. More like a 3*. The maid came in every day and literally just threw the bed covers over and made no effort whatsoever, never known anything like it! The entertainment was the worst I’ve even seen. Tried it for 2 nights but left early on both occasions - very poor! This hotel is definitely not a 5*. Expect 3* for most aspects.

Cleanliness/upkeep could have been better hotel needs a bit of a spruce Staff weren't the friendliest i was outright ignored by one waitress who saw me approach her to ask a question looked away and pretended she didn't hear me Music by the pool during the day was quite loud and annoying when you're trying to relax and read. Also quite expletive and rude songs for when children are around Evening entertainment was extremely lacking to the point of spending each night in our room instead Sound proofing between the rooms wasn't great

Delay during check in due to the room we booked being unavailable. However once sorted we received a room upgrade. No pool towels available during our stay which cost us an hour waiting around to be able to use pools. Sunbeds all reserved by the pools at stupid o'clock. Not able to use all inclusive in the waterpark seems pointless when they serve the same drinks in the other bars.

Food and drinks were good and choices were varried. Pools and waterpark were great for families.

Do not choose the hotel if you want 5-star hotel, the feel is more like 3 stars. Sunbed and chair covers are in horrible state. Restaurant atmosphere is rather cantina like and very crowded no dress code. All inclusive cocktails are served in disposable plastic cups around the pool area( understand that at poolside you cannot serve glass, but there is nice plastic containers which look good.) Entertainment: ballroom entertainment is horrible, the room in cellar and very bad singers who unfortunately cannot sing. entertainment in the lobby terrace area is much better ( only one day they let ballroom singer to the terrace and my ears aced) Water aerobics guy was funny and entertaining. Location is 6 km from town, so taxi is relevant if you want to go out from hotel, nothing nearby. Hotel is seaside, but you cannot go to the sea from hotel.

Architecture of the hotel is very good, so there is lot of potential in this hotel however right now best times are over until they do a severe renovation. Food served is tasty and plenty of choice. Lot of bars with great potential but potential is not used according to 5 star standard. nice views from the hotel. Nice lobby area and terrace. Waterpark is on the other side of the hotel, which is very good. it is not priced as 5 star hotel as well, so price quality ratio is fine.

Rooms need renovation, the equipment is old and damaged.Rooms are not for 5 star hotel. Some of the lifts were old and some times were delayed. Some locations smelled weird especially in the downstairs (-1). Also when we arrived at the room, we found a used drink. The housekeepers maybe forgotten it but this is not a good (first) impression for a customer.

You dont have Quality Cheese on the table, I think that is very important for your introduction. Sorry but we are cheese producer, and for us is not Ok that a nice Hotel like you to have a bad Quality cheese. Only the Haloumi was not bad. Plese put 2 kind of quality cheeses for the future. There is a Russian speaking lady, may be between 55 / 60 years old on the reception, who was not polite.

Normally in hotels they have information detailing contact numbers for things like reception and housekeeping but there was nothing. There was no signage on walls to let you know what floor you were on or direction you needed to take to certain destinations. There is a room to store cases after checking out but no proper security. We walked away with our stuff and no one took any notice.

Every meal was excellent with plenty of choices in fact so many we struggled to decide. Pool was bi enough for everyone to splash in when wanted. There is a separate pool area with water slides for the kids. Room and balcony was good size and cleaned each day. Kettle and fridge in room with replacements each day. Staff all friendly and helpful

Not five stars, because hotel requires some renovations, but it is a lovely hotel. You get good service, nice food, professional staff who can be reached easily and they don't ignore your needs. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

Upon registration we got our room upgrated, so we had a sea view and a balcony with sunbeds which was lovely! The room itself was basic, but clean. Towels were changed daily, cleaning lady was very friendly and cleaned the room well, topping up our coffee supplies and shower gift sets daily. Hotel is run well, every issue is addressed, food is slightly repetative, but we always found something to eat. Highy recommend booking all inclusive, because we booked half board and regreted immediately, since eating out can be quite expensive. Also when you book all inclusive you get one dinner at a restaurant, spa procedures, water slides and lovely drinks at the bar.

No direct access to, or sandy beach. However did note this on booking. Resterant can be busy and noisey as can be with large volume of people on All inclusive. Can avoid by eating as less popular times. Staff including certain reception and restaurant staff could be more pleasant, seem tired, unhappy at work at times.

Sea view from balcony.in room lovely and relaxing. Evening terrace outside bar and lobby bar staff member, David in particular very pleasant welcoming and helpful. Other waiter staff in this area helpful and provided good service. Lovely coastal walking path right in to paphos about 3 miles. Walking distance tomb of the kings and a lidl. Excellent selection and varied choices of food through out the day.

The hotel build long time ago, renovation is needed…small things only, but needed…taps, doors, door handles… The Italian restaurant has a really bad food…it was far away from Italian kitchen…

Staff were all great, rooms were clean, very modern hotel, food was good and the drinks. The waterpark was good although it was free you cant use your all inclusive wristband in it to get snacks or drinks and you cant take them in with you either you have to purchase them off the waterpark. Entertainment was ok could be a bit better the usual bingo kids disco and a few nights with different singers i loved the violinist.through the day i saw the aqua aerobics (i didnt do it though) Local bus stop about 3 min walk from hotel i vistied paphos shopping and the harbour also coral bay beach price was €2 per adult i bought the daysaver as i done a few trips per day and night the daysaver is €6.50 per adult for unlimited bus travel until midnight. When you needed to pay for another ticket so plan your journeys if using buses. Although there are plenty taxis available almost everywhere. There were 3 al a cart restaurants italian greek and mexican i personaly didnt use them but you need to prebook them at least the day before. Pool towels are free but if you dont return it you will be charged €10.
