Not a huge variety of food choices for lunch, the food itself was nice but not a great amount of choice

Nice small hotel, ideal location in the centre. Basic rooms but had everything you needed, clean and bright. Staff on reception were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Every staff were polite and friendly. I stayed with all inclusive plan and that was amazing. Food was a lot of variation with international and traditional. See you soon:)

They serve the drinks in plastic or paper cups nothing in the hotel to spend your time with except the pool the bar in the living room is always close i pay for all inclusive but i couldn't even drink a simple Nescafé you can have only espresso for 4 star hotel i expected to have more variety in the buffet and more options to all inclusive drings but the food was good

Our room facing the hotel parking was a little bit noisy at night and in the morning caused by the delivery vehicles and garbage trucks. Pool view rooms are much quieter. Mattress should be changed.

Location is excellent, near bus station (101-102) for all beaches, supermarket, center and Limanaki pedestrian zone. Food was delicious and various. Rooms are very comfortable.

Catering average, not good choices at all and quality ok

The hotel was clean, bright, and the reception staff provided excellent customer service. Its location is also fantastic, making it a convenient place to stay. However, the only downside was the food options and quality. The meals were quite average. For instance, the breakfast included canned fruits, which I found disappointing, and the dinner options, particularly the meat, were not up to standard. Some dishes were quite dry and lacked variety. It's unfortunate, as the hotel itself is lovely, but the food was a bit of a letdown. I would definitely stay again, but likely without the half-board option.

There was no variety of coffee not even at breakfast. Nicholas could use coffee machines offering a variety of coffee and more options to chose from. The snacks could also be improved.

The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. Everything is within a walking distance. The room was very clean and smell nice.

Very busy and noisy neighborhood - every evening there is a mix of parties, karaoke and lunapark sounds from all directions. Nice beaches are a little further from the hotel.

The usual for a lot of hotels, I think. People are putting towels on sunbeds and not turning up until3/4pm!! As it was out of season it wasnt too bad but could imagine this being a problem ! The room was directly under the kitchen of the restaurant and so was noisy early in the morning. If we were there for longer, would have asked for a change.

Snack food portions - joke Towels have to pay for pool OLD man at the pool bar and dinners - he thinks he is at army ! He should let people do what they want if they are on Holiday , of course all has to be relevant to hotel policy.

Well there were a few issues that I would like to address during my stay. The first is when I entered the room and everything seemed to be in order, I even notice there was a safe to keep your personal belongs. However mine was broken and I didn't want to alert the staff or provided 24 hrs security when I'm not in the rooms, so I kept quiet and kept my things safe some where in the room (probably a bad idea). Also I noticed in the bathroom the toilet had not been cleaned properly (when I'm out of the room during the day), not even the use of bleach. Likely it's just me staying the room, but if someone else was staying OMG! Also I had trouble sleeping with the noise from outside, but it's what to be expected.

My good points during my stay at Nicholas Color Holel, The staff were amazing and very helpful if there's an issue or assistants required. The pool was perfect, with the included sunbeds and bar (although I didn't pay much attention going to the bar since I don't drink "honest") . The breakfast serves was delicious with a variety of choice, also lunch and dinner service is available by you may be charged for that so I didn't attended and ate out. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone, absolutely YES! 8/10

Very nice stuff! Great all-inclusivce service. Perfect location. Critics and negative comments not true, at least not in September. Nissi Beach, Maybe during the "teenager-season" different, i dont know. Agia Napa nightlife and Northern Cypus border very near.

they gave us a family room while I asked for 1 double bed and a sofa bed. we arrived at 14:00 and they told us that we were not entitled to lunch because it ended with some snacks. we put on a swimsuit and go to the reception and it tells us it's closed, we didn't swim. the next day the fire alarm wakes us up at 6 o'clock
