There was a bad smell in the bathroom. Bed was a little hard for us. We prefer more soft beds.

The water for the slides at kid’s pool was closed, and even when we asked to open it for kids they say it will open automatically. Never did.

The location very good - one step close to restaurants, port, park. The food at breakfast was very tasty, plenty of choices. Also the food at pool area was really tasty and the prices very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable.

The internal soundproofing was not great. We could hear people from other rooms, the corridor etc. The internet in the room was either too slow, or not existing at all. The room did not have individual night-lights, i.e. it was either all lights on or all lights off (only an issue if you want to read while your partner sleeps). The staff was in general great, but i did not like the urgency of the breakfast waiters to take our plates even before we finished our food!

great location, in the heart of Ayia Napa, but without it being loud (actually very much a family-friendly place, I would return with our little one). Overall lovely building, nicely decorated. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a decent enough spread.

The fact that there was not unlimited water available. We has 3 small bottles of water at he start of our stay for 4 of us and after that there was nothing available. At certain times no water was available due to hours of facilities. I'm really nt sure how you could cope in the summer. Perhaps having dispensers available aroudnthe property would help

Most of the staff were amazing to deal with. I was ill while away and one of the staff cam to my room, let herself in and covered me with the extra blamkets I had asked for. The head waiter gave me bottled water at this time too even though it was included in the AI.

Extraordinary atmosphere, comfortable, very good breakfast, great location (everything was near).. The staff was very attentive and friendly.. If we visit Aya Napa next year, we will choose this hotel again. Everything was good 😊

I remember the attitude of the staff the most, they congratulated me on my birthday with champagne and fruit and brought us lunch boxes to the airport early in the morning. The cleaners cleaned our room every day; Breakfast was good.
