Old towels, not very clean, broken hair dryer and there was no portable neither replacement. A lot of noise from other rooms, drunk youngest and no notice from the hotel.

I didn't like the part of our room door could be accessed only from an outside corridor( too much wind and dust) and we had to open at least 3 doors with no reason just to access. I didn't like tha the main entrance is on the side and every time had to go through the parking entrance to go in or out. Not soundproofing room. Last, I really got angry when I realized that this hotel has 3 stars and NOT 4 as BOOKING website says. Big misleading , lie and dishonest to do so as a trustworthy website.

Spotlessly clean and modern hotel, excellent walking location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional and from the restaurant you could enjoy the panoramic view of the city.

first I don’t understant how on Booking this hotel has 4 stars meanwhile on other sites this is 3 star hotel. it is definitely 3 star! we had the room ar ground floor. it was cold on the floor for the kids, with a smell of unventilated space. the room and the hotel itself is full of rust, you can see it. they have painted the doors on the outside but on the inside..see the pictures. we had the all inclusive but the food was so poor diversity, fruits only apples and pears, few kinds of food and not tasteful. it was hard for the small kids to give them something. they had only juice at the dispencer, beer and some wine made of powder. if you wanted a real cocktail you had to pay. They didn’t give us nothing in the minibar, not even water. there was a small sofa inside the room with a lot of dust underneath.

I liked the fact that has parking on site and is central Aya Napa we had a huge bad and we all could fit in it.

We somehow got a great price for the night but it must have been some exclusion. When we were checking to book again we found out that it is quite expensive, which doesn't really reflect the type of accommodation, which is more of a motel. Still remains one of the best places i visited in the past months though.

The hotel is not beachfront. It is close to the sea but you need to walk a few minutes to reach the nearest beach. Note that not all seashores can be used as a beach, there are designated beach areas, that's why you can be at the sea very soon but need to walk a while to actually bathe in it. The hotel swimming pool was a good alternative when it didn't feel like walking.

The location is great. It's in the heart of Ayia Napa. The theme park, the restaurants incl. McDonals, bars, stores, the main park, the yachts and boats incl. Black Pearl with Jack Sparrow and other characters are all nearby. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is tasty and diverse. The staff are friendly and know English well. It has a lovely yard and swimming pool with a bar and we loved it. Cyprus has a different type of plugs than the rest of Europe or the US. We didn't know it before arrival but it was very convenient that the converters were available at the reception for couple of Euros. They are actually available in almost every store but arriving late at night gave extra value to the fact that we could get them at the reception.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything you need is there! We spent a lovely holidays with friends and we were delighted! Clean hotel, great food, variety of meals, great drinks (even in all inclusive), lovely and kindly staff. Fully recommend! :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was awesome, everything was near, even bus stop to Nissi beach was only 1 minute walk, it takes 10 minutes to sit and get there.
